Le quatrième épisode de la vrombissante saga Fast & Furious est actuellement en tournage, pour une sortie estivale. On savait déjà que Paul Walker et Vin Diesel vont y faire équipe pour infiltrer le cartel d'un baron de la drogue. Mais ce n'est pas tout, et voici que déboulent certaines révélations par rapport au scénario. Donc si vous êtes un fan et que vous ne voulez pas abîmer l'effet de surprise, il est préférable d'arrêter de lire ici?

Le film débutera par la mort du personnage incarné par Michelle Rodriguez. Vin Diesel se lance à la poursuite de son assassin et se trouve forcé de refaire équipe avec Paul Walker. Ils vont ainsi retrouver la piste du tueur. Le réalisateur de Tokyo Drift, Justin Lin, met en scène ce nouvel épisode et semble déjà partant pour un cinquième opus.

According to our friends at entertainment weekly, Vin Diesel is preparing for a return trip to another franchise after finishing up with FIVE. A representative for Diesel has confirmed that production on the third Chronicles of Riddick movie has restarted in Montreal, with filming currently slated to begin in late January. . Now as you guys may have heard, production was briefly shut down for financial reasons, but now its looking like everything Is back on! There isn't much info available just yet on the film, but we hear that the threequel may be titled Riddick. . David Twohy is at the helm, and has hinted that the third flick will be closer in spirit to the low-budget Pitch Black as opposed to the big-budget Chronicles of Riddick. According to our pals at the Hollywood reporter, Vin Diesel, the star and a producer of Universal's decade-long franchise, said that during the planning process of the new movie, the Fast and Furious creative team, which includes director Justin Lin and screenwriter Chris Morgan, realized that they would need a seventh movie to tell their story. The sixth and seventh are being written simultaneously! , Diesal told THR that quote, "With the success of this last one, and the inclusion of so many characters, and the broadening of scope, when we were sitting down to figure out what would fit into the real estate of number six, we didn't have enough space." . So for those of you shaking your heads saying, why make another, you clearly have no clue how much this franchise rakes in....the franchise has brought in an incredible The franchise has made $1.58 billion dollars at the box office!!! . Deisal went on to explain the sequel sitch, he said, "We have to pay off this story, we have to service all of these character relationships, and when we started mapping all that out it just went beyond 110 pages ... You can't fit all that story in one damn movie!'" . UNFORT, Diesel did not reveal details on whether the two movies would be two-parters or two standalone movies so we will just have to wait and see! iTs looking like Riddick has officially begun production thanks to some photos vin diesel has shared with us! And it actually seems like the production has been going for a while now since Vin Diesel started posting set photos on his Facebook page January 19th...regardless now we have official confirmation via an announcement from universal that production for the thriller has begun in montreal! Pretty exciting!

The latest chapter of the groundbreaking saga that began with 2000's hit sci-fi film Pitch Black and 2004's The Chronicles of Riddick reunites writer/director David Twohy from A Perfect Getaway, The Fugitive and star Vin Diesel (the Fast and Furious franchise, xXx). Diesel will reprise his role as the antihero Riddick, a dangerous, escaped convict wanted by every bounty hunter in the known galaxy.

The synopsis reads as follows: (go full screen with photos/video from old one?)

"The infamous Riddick has been left for dead on a sun-scorched planet that appears to be lifeless. Soon, however, he finds himself fighting for survival against alien predators more lethal than any human he's encountered. The only way off is for Riddick to activate an emergency beacon and alert mercenaries who rapidly descend to the planet in search of their bounty.

The first ship to arrive carries a new breed of merc, more lethal and violent, while the second is captained by a man whose pursuit of Riddick is more personal. With time running out and a storm on the horizon that no one could survive, his hunters won't leave the planet without Riddick's head as their trophy."
