Tupac Amaru Shakur né sous le nom de Lesane Parish Crooks le 16 juin 1971 à New York. C'est sa mère Afeni qui la renommé. Tupac est un nom inca qui veut dire le serpent lumineux, Shakur vient de l'arabe et veut dire remerciement à Dieu.
Elle était en prison lorsqu'elle était enceinte de Tupac. Le père de Tupac, Billy Garland les abandonna à la naissance de Pac... Afeni se marie avec Mutulu Shakur et en 1986 ils partent de New York pour s'installer à Baltimore où Tupac développera son art dans l'école d'art de la ville. C'est là bas qu'il commence à écrire ses premiers textes.
Ensuite ils déménagent à nouveau pour la Californie à Marine City et là ils découvre que sa mère se drogue. Il se retrouve à la rue tout seul, il arrête ses études et commence à dealer de la drogue. Il monte un groupe de rap qui ne durera pas puisqu'à 19 ans il rejoint le groupe Digital Underground où il apparaîtra pour la première fois sur la chanson « Same Song ». Un an plus tard il décide de se lancer en solo et sort son premier album « 2Pacalypse Now » qui fut un véritable tabac et un scandale pour la politique car le Vice Président des Etats-Unis faisait retirer l'album des ventes en 92 pour motif qu'il n'avait pas sa place dans la société américaine actuelle.

According to Mtv.com many of Tupacs fans debated the contents of a letter written by Dexter Isaac and posted to AllHipHop.com on Wednesday. In a note to the site, Isaac claimed to be the triggerman in the now-infamous robbery that left Shakur shot five times. Isaac is serving a life sentence for murder, robbery, fraud and witness intimidation states that 'Pac's former associate, Jimmy "Henchman" Rosemond, set the whole thing up, paying him $2,500 to do the job. Mtv.com continues that Rosemond's lawyer, Jeffrey Lichtman, fired back, refuting Isaac's story. "It's a flat-out lie," he told the New York Daily News. We've got highlights from Coachella 2012, including Tupac's resurrection and our favorite stars partying at the music fest! Hey guys, you're watching ClevverMusic. Coachella, the most anticipated music festival of the year, wrapped up Weekend 1 in Indio, California, with an unforgettable performance starring Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg. The rappers took their joint performance to the next level when they were joined by Tupac? fellow West Coast rapper who was killed in 1996?in hologram form. Tupac digitally performed with Snoop and Dre, performing "2 of Amerikaz Most Wanted" and "Gangsta Party."
Along with Tupac, Snoop and Dr. Dre put on their thrilling outro to the music fest with multiple guest stars including Wiz Khalifa, Eminem, 50 Cent, and Warren G. Helping Dre and Snoop win over the crowd was a brilliantly designed stage setup, including an ever-changing video screen in the back and faux power lines.
Two of our favorite stars, Rihanna and Katy Perry, were spotted enjoying Coachella's party scene, along with new hair styles. Katy debuted new purple locks, while Rihanna went back to her classic black hair, adorned with red lipstick. What do you think of Katy's purple hair? The King of Pop may be returning to the stage after all! Hey guys, welcome back to ClevverMusic! After last weekend's "Tupac" performance at Coachella, it looks like anything is possible....including the idea of Michael Jackson joining his brothers onstage during the Jackson 5 reunion tour.
Jackie Jackson told E! News that a hologram version of his brother could join him, Jermaine, Tito and Marlon during their tour - saying quote "It could have Michael - absolutely." "Wouldn't that be wonderful? As a matter of fact, we had that idea two years ago for Michael's Cirque du Soleil show."
The guys will be touring this summer on their Unity Tour 2012 - marking the first time they've toured together since 1984. Though a hologrammed MJ probably wouldn't be ready for that, Jackie says they will be touring next year in support of their new album, and that is when hologrammed Michael could possibly join them. In the meantime, they'll be honoring him as best as they can, saying that the brothers will also be singing some of Michael's stuff as part of their Unity Tour, which kicks off in June.

Now that Weekend 2 of 'Twincella' has wrapped, the fascination and speculation over the virtual resurrection of Tupac via hologram during Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg's set at Coachella has come to an end. The question still remained whether or not Dre and Snoop are planning a tour featuring the virtual Tupac, but Dre has finally chimed in and halted all the rumors.
Ever since Coachella music fest's Weekend 1, the media has been buzzing over a rumored concert tour featuring hologrammed Tupac. And according to the doctor, there isn't going to be a Tour de Tupac- at least there isn't one in the works as of now. Dre said quote, "It was strictly for Coachella, get it right. I want to get rid of all the rumors out there. This was not done for a tour."
Last week Dre spoke to TMZ about the so-called "hologram", "I'm not sure right now, [there's] a technology that's happening where the hologram could be 360 degrees," Dre said, adding, "Right now it's flat, it just looks like it's 3-dimensional from the front, but I'm working on some new and different things for the future." The origins of the rumors could have come straight from Dre, whom has now put out those flames.
One major deterrent for producing a full concert tour featuring virtual Tupac could be the cost. The two-song cameo at Coachella cost six figures alone. There's no doubt that the fans would support this tour, if @HologramTupac, the Twitter handle created by a fan for the hologrammed Tupac, is any indication.
