Hey there dark knight fans! Tatiana carrier here for clevver movies and Ive got the details on the brawl of the century! Weve just gotten our paws on some PICS and amateur videos shot in NYC that supposedly depict a brawl between supporters of Bane (Tom Hardy) and Gotham police led by Batman (Christian Bale) in The Dark Knight Rises. If any of this seems familiar, it's because similar scenes were shot three months ago in Pittsburgh. Production on The Dark Knight Rises has moved in the last week to New York City, the city that loves Batman so much it nicknames itself Gotham...as you guys remember, we squashed rumors of the occupy wall street protests being involved in the flick and while we still don't know exactly what Bat and company are doing while shooting in the Wall Street area-- new set video makes it look like they're shooting a fight scene that's a continuation of the battle we saw in Pittsburgh. Christian Bale and Tom Hardy were spotted shortly after duking it out on the streets getting chummy as they laughed and chatted while in costume...Also on the scene was Anne Hathaway's stunt double, riding in on her now infamous "Bat Pod" to get in on the brawling action." Hey there Dark Knight Fans, Im Tatiana carrier for clevver movies with the latest on The Dark Knight Rises. . Christopher Nolan and Tom Hardy, spoke to the U.K.'s Empire magazine in its upcoming issue about what moviegoers can expect in his exceedingly grim telling of the Bruce Wayne story. . First Nolan said, "It's really all about finishing Batman and Bruce Wayne's story. We left him in a very precarious place. Perhaps surprisingly for some people, our story picks up quite a bit later, eight years after The Dark Knight. So he's an older Bruce Wayne; he's not in a great state." . Tom Hardy them chimed in and revealed that his character will quote, "give Batman a challenge he hasn't had before....With our choice of villain and with our choice of story we're testing Batman both physically as well as mentally," the actor says. . Hardy went on to explain how Bane differs from the more psychological terror posed by his predecessors?HE said, quote, "He's brutal. Brutal. He's a big dude who's incredibly clinical, in the fact that he has a result-based and oriented fighting style. It's not about fighting. It's about carnage. The style is heavy-handed, heavy-footed, it's nasty...Anything from small-joint manipulation to crushing skulls, crushing rib cages, stamping on shins and knees and necks and collarbones and snapping heads off and tearing his fists through chests, ripping out spinal columns. He is a terrorist in mentality as well as brutal action." . And fans have been asking, whats up with Banes mask? Well, according to costume designer Lindy Hemming, the mask keeps him alive! Heres what hemming had to say, "[Bane] was injured early in his story. He's suffering from pain and needs gas to survive...He can't survive the pain without the mask. The pipes from the mask go back along his jawline and feed into the thing at his back, where there are two canisters." . And lastly, on to the long rumored 8 minute prologue to be presented before IMAX screenings of mission impossible, ghost protocol...chris nolan gave a little insight...he said, "It's basically the first six, seven minutes of the film," he also added that it will serve as "an introduction to Bane, and a taste of the rest of the film."

In an exclusive interview actor Christian Bale says he is hanging up his cape for "the last time," calling it the end of "that Batman era." . The actor has played Bruce Wayne and his superhero alter ego in all three films inChristopher Nolan's trilogy -- the last of which, The Dark Knight Rises, recently wrapped shooting for a July 20 release and spoke about that experience as well as his castmates! . Heres what Bale said, "I wrapped a few days ago so that will be the last time I'm taking that cowl off...I believe the whole production wrapped yesterday, so it's all done. Everything's finished. It's me and Chris - that will be the end of that Batman era." . The Academy Award winning actor has played Bruce Wayne and his superhero alter-ego since 2005's Batman Begins, which has earned more than $372 million worldwide. With its 2008 sequel, The Dark Knight, Warner Bros. pulled in more than $1 billion at the box office. . The Dark Knight rises features a few familiar faces --Michael Caine, Gary Oldman and Morgan Freeman -- as well as newcomers Anne Hathaway, Tom Hardy and Joseph Gordon-Levitt. Bale had LOTS of great things to say about his costars especially anne hathway who tackled one of the toughest jobs-taking on the infamous catwoman...he said, "When Chris watched the screen test, he agreed that Anne did a wonderful job. In many ways, she has the hardest job...There are a number of people who feel that the Catwoman role has been defined previously. The prologue officially hits the big screen!!! Hey everyone thanks for tuning back into clevver movies, Im Tatiana carrier with the details on the big dark knight rises prologue we have all been anxiously awaiting! . Warner Bros. and Christopher Nolan showed off about eight minutes of footage from The Dark Knight Rises last night, a preview that will be seen later this month in select IMAX theatres before Mission: Impossible -- Ghost Protocol. Now I must warn you, if you want to know nothing about the prologue, you should probably stop watching! . As we suspected, the majority of the preview introduced audiences to Bane, the Batman movie's major villain, played by Tom Hardy. And without making this a total spoiler, I will say, the footage audiences got a peak of pretty much revolved around a heist involving a plane. . So the over all feel, well, the sequence was grand in scope, expanding the Batman world outside of Gotham City, and it was filled with a lot of tension and dread. The impact of those 8 mins was strong, not only from what was going on, on screen but from the score, which was reminiscent of Nolan's The Dark Knight and Inception. . SO what did everyone think of this intense 8 mins? Well, the crownd was mostly made up of press and movie execs...all of which seemed to leave quite impressed with the sneak peak of whats to come in the dark knight rises when it hits the big screen July 20th. . Im your host Tatiana carrier with the latest on what director Christopher Nolan is saying about BANE! . The filmmaker spoke to hero complex recently and we have the details! . When talking about the dark knight rises wrapping, Nolan confessed to getting a little misty eyed....he said, "I tend not to be too emotional on the set, I find that doesn't help me do my job But you definitely get a little lump in your throat thinking that, 'OK, this is going to be the last time we're going to be doing this.' It's been quite a journey. Hopefully, reflecting that journey ? by all of us who made the films ? in the three films together will make it so they have a real span to them, some real heft." . Now on to the good stuff...when talking about bane played by tom hardy,heres what Nolan had to say "With Bane, the physicality is the thing....With a good villain you need an archetype, you know, you need the extreme of some type of villainy. The Joker is obviously a particular archetype of diabolical, chaotic anarchy and has a devilish sense of humor. Bane, to me, is something we haven't dealt with in the films. We wanted to do something very different in this film. He's a primarily physical villain, he's a classic movie monster in a way ? but with a terrific brain. I think he's a fascinating character. I think people are going to get a kick out of what we've done with him." . Well we cant wait to see bane in action when the dark knight rises hits the big screen next year!
