I'm Joslyn Davis for ClevverTV and that's story's up next! Hey guys- Welcome back to ClevverTV. So, just when you thought Jojo had disappeared off the music radar...POOF! There she is! Back again and ready to re-kickstart her career. You all probably remember her for her huge hit songs like Too Little Too Late. Well, most recently she surprised us all (in a good way of course) when she appeared on Timbaland's new album, Shock Value II. She is also currently putting the last touches on her next album which will be called "All I Want is Everything." Now, this album and her collabo come as a bit of a surprise only because rumor had it that Jojo was going to step away from the music biz and go to college instead, and try to get back into her singer career when she was finished with her studies. But the singer ultimately changed her mind and with that we'll be getting some new music very soon. The 19 year old wants to show people that she's come a long way from her previous work and really get a sense of who she is. Im Dana Ward and were reviewing the star-studded Fan Jam on VH1. First off, the televised event, as co-hosted with Pepsi and the NFL, had the purpose to celebrate football as a sport as well as this years Super Bowl??. The night was hosted by Nancy ODell and Nick Cannon and featured a bunch of performances. Timbaland set his own beat and rocked the large-scale stage with JoJo and Keri Hilson, plus there was a video intermix featuring Justin Timberlake. Justin Bieber performed his newest track Baby while Rihanna sampled a few of her songs including Live Your Life, all while wearing a fearless, funky fashion. Basically, the Fan Jam was meant for the football fans who eagerly await half-time during the big game. Of course, there was a bit of giving back for this VH1 live event. We've got your new music hook-up right now on ClevverTV -- hi everyone, I'm your host Joslyn Davis and today there is really only one artist in the spotlight and it's Demi Lovato. The singer just released her new highly anticipated come back single "Skyscraper" and after just a few hours on iTunes, it's already jumped to #2 -- that said, we wouldn't be surprised at all if the song was at #1 by the afternoon here in Hollywood. As we predicted and Demi reinforced, 'Skyscraper' will likely be much more than a song for Lovatics. The lyrics are incredibly powerful, and you can really sense the emotion in Demi's voice as she sings "You can take everything I have/You can break everything I am/Like I'm made of glass, like I'm made of paper/Go on and try and tear me down/I will be rising from the ground like a skyscraper." There is a lot of pain in the song, which focuses on the end of a relationship or so it seems, however when all is said and done, the track is very empowering. Demi stopped by Ryan Secrest's morning radio show where she revealed that she actually recorded this song before entering treatment and that when she tried to re-record it, it didn't have that same almost "cry for help," so she kept the intial version. Ryan pointed out that when Demi first heard this song, only she knew what exactly she was going through. Demi talked a lot to Ryan about her eating disorder and how she was lying to everyone around her, and said that she hopes that this song will inspire people who hit rock bottom that they can come back. Demi rocked the music world with her break-out single "Skyscraper," and now it seems as though she's positioning herself for a complete and total take-over. Music producing legend, Timbaland recently tweeted out a photo of him and Demi in the studio looking good -- they were definitely in good spirits- and the attached message said "me and Demi working on a hit baby! #demiandtimbaland" even calling their songs "dope as hell." That latter tweet, DL actually RTed. So then the word on the street turned that Demi and Justin Bieber were collaborating... and that's because JB was also spotted in Miami around the same time with another artist working with Demi, Sebastian, tweeting out that some special guests stopped by the studio today, saying that there might be a super duet in the works. Of course, it went a step further when Sebastian answered a followers guess of Justin Bieber by saying "that is a very very good guess." The singer just revealed, via her own official website, that the LP will include 16 songs, the last of which will be a remix of her first single "Skyscraper." There are four collaborations on the album, and they are some of the music world's biggest names. The first song on the release is called "All Night Long" and features music legends Missy Elliott and Timbaland. The second song on the run down is called "Who's That Boy" and features Dev. Track 3, called "You're My Only Shorty," will show off the talents of Iyaz and the fourth and final collaboration will come on track 4, which is a song called "Together" featuring Jason Derulo. We actually just caught up with Jason Derulo a few weeks ago and he was very open about his love for Demi -- so we're very excited to get this collaboration news.
