Do you think you can beat Tiger Woods? Perhaps not on the golf course, but superfans today had the opportunity to challenge him in Tiger Woods PGA Tour® 08. Tiger surprised customers as he visited GameStop's (NYSE: GME) flagship store in NYC and challenged gamers to play him on some of his favorite courses. Lucky fans were selected from GameStop to accompany Tiger to Chelsea Piers where Woods put on a trick shot show.

Tiger Woods PGA Tour® 08 will be breaking new ground with two innovative game features this year. EA SPORTS? GamerNet is a revolutionary game play system driven by interactive user created content. It allows gamers to save their amazing shots, holes or rounds, and post the content online for other users to compete against. In addition, players can now use photo game face to generate photo-realistic game characters with no artistic skill required, by uploading photos. Players can take their created characters and style, dress, and accessorize them through the game's already deep customization systems.

Masters chairman criticises Tiger Woods
The fans at the Masters have, so far, been supportive of Tiger Woods but the Masters chairman, Billy Payne, says he's failed "to live up to expectations".
The disgraced golfer is returning to the professional game after a break of nearly five months, following revelations he had a string of extra-marital affairs.
Payne said: "Our hero did not live up to the expectations of the role model we saw for our children."
"Certainly his future will never again be measured only by his performance against par but measured by the sincerity of his efforts to change."
Fans were much more forgiving of the four-time Masters Champion hoping he manages to get his personal life back on track.
One fan said: "You can't be judgemental in these things. It happened. The guy is going to have an awful lot of pressure including lots of women prepared to throw themselves at him."
