You better run out to stores and get an Xbox before it's banned! What's up everyone and welcome to Clevver Games.

If you are still on the fence about a 360, well you better hurry and make up your mind! ITC Administrative Law Judge David Shaw, states the 360 violates four Motorola patents and now wants to ban the US sales and import of the game console. I hope they don't ban xbox games as well! There goes my social life!

But don't worry if you don't have your allowance just yet- Shaw's ruling still faces approval or modifications by the ITC's board of commissioners that has a deadline date of August 23rd. Even if they agree with Shaw, they must still get a sign off from the Obama administration within 60 days. President Obama- please don't ban my 360!

In my opinion, the ideal outcome would be a broad cross-licensing type of agreement that would allow Xbox and Motorola to co-exist in a friendly manner. But, currently Motorola claims that Microsoft basically sucks and they're demanding a royalty rate of 2.25%, which is equivalent to an annual fee of around $4 billion that Microsoft would have to pay Motorola. Blows for them!

In the meantime, keep enjoying your Xbox 360, buy one if you don't have one, and pray that the patent gods don't take it away. If they do it's PS3 and PC from here on out! How do you feel about that? All Mother Monster wants to do is go shopping in Bangkok- for a rake rolex? Hello Little Monsters, welcome back to ClevverMusic. Lady Gaga has angered her Thai fans via a tweet she sent out to her 24 million Twitter followers. The tweet sparked an uproar in Thailand where fans are calling the tweet offensive, insulting and bad for the country's image.

Lady Gaga posted to her Twitter shortly after her private jet arrived in Bangkok, "I just landed in Bangkok baby! Ready for 50,000 screaming Thai monsters. I wanna get lost in a lady market and buy fake rolex." We're not exactly sure what a "lady market" is, but we can see why some fans would take this the wrong way, seeing it as an insult rather than for Gaga's excitement. We don't think she meant this in a negative way, and in her defense, there are probably loads of fake Lady Gaga CD's floating around Bangkok as well!

Mother Monster is currently touring Asia for her 'Born This Way Ball' world tour, where she has unexpectedly caused controversy in every country she has stopped in. We have our first look at Edward Cullen from Breaking Dawn Part 2 -- a new Edward-only poster was just revealed and we are zooming in and taking a closer look right now. Obviously there will be a lot of finality surrounding this film, as it does mark the end of the Twilight Saga. However, the fact that only word on the poster is "forever," is indicative of the fact that despite the release of the final film, the story of Bella, Edward and Jacob will live on for eternity. (Can you tell I'm a fan or what?) As for what really has fans talking when it comes to this poster, well, let's take a look Edward's face. Similar to the other Breaking Dawn Part 2 posters, this one is close look at the left side of Edward's face, chiseled cheek-bones and all. ClevverTV has your first look at Bella's stand-alone poster for the final installment of the Twilight Saga, Breaking Dawn Part 2. Three new posters, featuring each of the leads in the cast were just revealed and right now we're taking a close look at Bella Swan. The poster is close-up shot of left side of Bella's vampire-transformed-face. We see her glowing skin, perfectly shaped lips, and her stand-out red eyes. She is also wearing what we can only guess will be part of her wardrobe, as you can spy the top of a black leather jacket at the bottom of the poster. As far as info about the movie on the full shot of Bella, there is only a date, the release date, which is November 16th of this year AND one more word: Forever (with a period at the end). This word expresses a lot about the film and the fact that this marks the end of the franchise. However, it also expresses the enduring, eternal love between Bella and Edward now that she's a vampire and they are married. Cody Simpson totally gets Punk'd in tonight's big MTV episode. In the episode, we see that the scenario involves some people showing up at the star's house one night and some theft it going down. Cody says, "You're stealing my stuff" as he finds his belongings in the back of a black suv, and some dude replies "but I thought we were cool. To mi casa su casa" and then it looks like some crazy stuff goes down with CS saying "you guys are scary," there's a freak out moment where someone smashes a guitar into the sideway, there's some screaming and that's all we get to see. So I bet you're wondering WHO is in charge of the set-up. It's none other than Glee star, Heather Morris. Also, in this episode, Emma Roberts and Joe Jonas get punk'd separately. The 2012 MTV MOVIE AWARDS TO FEATURE EXCLUSIVE FOOTAGE FROM "THE DARK KNIGHT RISES" and we have the exciting details!

MTV today announced that this years MTV Movie Awards will feature exclusive footage from the highly anticipated batman film, THE DARK KNIGHT RISES---if that weren't exciting enough, director chris Nolan and actors Christian Bale, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Gary Oldman will be there to celebrate the exclusive footage reveal!

As of now, we have only gotten small glimpses of the dark knight---now us bat fans are wondering WHAT will they show at the awards? More of Bane? Anne Hathaway kicking more ass? Or maybe for once, we will see more bat?

The MTV Movie awards will be hosted by russell brand and will air Sunday june 3rd on MTV. And As you guys know, the dark knight rises will release worldwide, july 20th of this year!!!

Hey Little Monsters, it's been another action packed week for Lady Gaga while on her world tour, complete with an animated alter-ego, and angering fans in Thailand over a harmless tweet. This is What's Up With Gaga? Welcome back to ClevverMusic. Mother Monster started off the week by sending off 'The Simpsons' finale in style with an original song called 'Lisa Simpson Superstar'. Complete with 20 outfit changes, Gaga'a animated self performed on the show to help Lisa Simpson get her groove back after she is voted least popular in school. Of course, Gaga and Lisa sing together and Mother Monster saves the day!

Next, Lady Gaga addressed the controversy rumors regarding her Indonesia show that was said to be cancelled due to a denied permit in Jakarta. Gaga took to Twitter to explain, "The Jakarta situation is 2-fold: Indonesian authorities demand I censor the show & religious extremist separately, are threatening violence." She continued in a separate tweet, "If the show does go on as scheduled, I will perform the BTWBall alone." So Gaga revealed there is a chance the show will still go on AND if it does, she will perform solo. Her producers are reportedly trying to work it out so that she doesn't disappoint her Indonesian Monsters.

X Factor Auditions Start - Who's Clashing??

X Factor auditions have officially kicked off, and it looks like there's already a bit of reported drama in the works... and we're talking with the judges! So to break it down, the first round of singing started in Austin, Texas and as a reminder, we have the newbies Demi Lovato and Britney Spears joining LA Reid and Simon Cowell. Right off the bat, Reid tweeted out QUOTE 'Day 1 @TheXFactorUSA and I have already been cut to shreds by @ddlovato. Let the games begin!' But it's not just the judge who thinks there are mixed opinions on the panel. Our friend Jethro at The Hollywood Reporter posted about reactions from people apparently sitting in the audience: literally the very first audition with a 14-year-old boy had the judges on totally different pages. Demi said he had a great voice and a great tone, but said that he needs to figure out what makes him stand out from other singles while Britney said QUOTE 'I think you can be bigger than the next Justin Bieber' which reportedly caused the crowd to go crazy in support! There were other reports circulated that Spears got up and left the table at one point, but we hear that it was just to take a break. Jacob Black is the front and center for one of the latest official Breaking Dawn Part 2 posters to hit the public. That's right, thanks to Summit for feeding the frenzy of the fans as we count down to the theatrical release on November 16, we get to see Taylor Lautner and a whole lot of him. It's a close-up shot of the star, staring straight at the camera -- he definitely looks intense, maybe it's anger, perhaps its anticipation, because we all know that a lot goes down in the final part of the book-turned-movie series. The word "forever" is the main text included, although there is #BreakingDawn also printed just below the release date -- which is a reminder that Twilight fans are very involved in the social network setting. Major props, people! I gotta add that Taylor, or Jacob we should say, is looking remarkably more human than ever, likely because this movie poster got released at the same time as one for Edward Cullen as well as a separate one for the newly minted vampire, Bella Cullen.
