Complete SAG Winners List http://bit.ly/ycugKN http://bit.ly/clevvermovies - Click to Subscribe! http://Facebook.com/ClevverMovies - Become a Fan! http://Twitter.com/ClevverMovies - Follow Us! The Help and the Artist Dominate! Hey guys thanks so much for tuning back into clevver movies, Im your host Tatiana Carrier with the details on the SAG Awards! Everyone knows that the winners of SAG awards are a good way of seeing who will take home a shiny gold guy...and last night was all about the help and the artist, which we are now thinking will be front runners for the academy awards. The Actor® for a motion picture cast performance went this year to "The Help"...as if we didn't see that one coming! With a solid cast of emma stone, viola davis, Jessica chastian, ocatavis spencer and Bryce dallas hollward, we knew these girls wouldn't go unrecognized. INfact Viola Davis took home th award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role, and he co-star, OCatvia Spencer won for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role! The other big winner of the weekend was The Artist. Jean DeJuardin beat out his fellow Golden Globe winner George Clooney to take home the prize for Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Leading Role while the film's director, Michel Hazanavicius took home the award for outstanding director of the year the previous night. There has only been six instances ever that the winner of the DGA Award didn't also take home an Oscar for Best Director, so the odds are definitely now in Hazanavicius' favor. Lots of people were disappointed that the artist beat out the descendants, but I was happy to see the silent flick that could, make some noise in Hollywood...its good to switch it up a bit would ya say? You guys can see the complete list of winners by checking out our blog, which we have included a link to in our decription! So do tell, what were you most pleased to see at the sag awards...for me, it was all about the help...Ive been rooting for these girls from the beginning and its nice to see them get recognized for such an incredible film! The Avengers movie is just weeks away from hitting multiplexes around the world, but it's not the only event involving this superhero powerhouse that's making headlines. Comic book fans are eagerly awaiting the release of the special 12-issue "Avengers vs X-Men". Marvel is touting the release as "the biggest comic book event in history" and that may not be an exaggeration. When the first issue arrives in April, it will mark two of the most popular comic book franchises ever literally going to war with one another. This epic battle got us thinking. Could The Avengers vs X-Men ever make it to the big screen?

Obviously, a lot of this depends on the success of The Avengers and all indications are that it will be a huge hit. If Iron Man 2's $624 million worldwide take is any indication, the film should easily make back it's estimated $220 million budget easily. As for the X-Men, the last film, X-Men: First Class did less than the previous franchises' outing, but it was still a success and a sequel is already planned. So it's pretty clear that an Avengers/X-Men pairing has the potential to be a huge money maker at the box office and we should be expecting this sometime around 2015, right? Not so fast!

One of the biggest issues such a film has going against it is film rights. As you may know, Marvel Studios, the company behind The Avengers and X-Men sold the film rights to the X-Men franchise to 20th Century Fox. They still have the rights to The Avengers, but legally can't make an X-Men movie or even have any X-Men character appear in a movie without Fox's permission. A similar issue came up when there were rumors that Spider-Man would be making an appearance in The Avengers. Spider-Man, as far as an movies go, is the property of Sony Pictures and without some kind of financial incentive to have their characters in another studio's film, the odds against such a thing are pretty slim.

So what exactly would it take to make an Avengers vs X-Men movie happen? In addition to getting the schedules of some of the hottest stars in Hollywood together and agreeing to a budget that would probably double that of The Avengers, Marvel and their parent company Disney would have to come to an agreement and work with Fox on the project, which would help with the budget issue as they would share both the risk and reward. Studios have worked on films together in the past, so it is possible that we could see "The Avengers vs X-Men" on the big screen at some point in the future. The question is, do you want to and if so, who would you be rooting for? Let us know in the comment section below and while you're at it, sub our channel so that you stay up to date on all things Avengers AND X-Men. Im Tatiana carrier thanks so much for watching!
Standing ovation for Susan Boyle musical
She was the sidelined child who defied the odds and dared to dream.

Now the true life rags-to-riches tale of singer Susan Boyle is told in a musical, aptly titled "I Dreamed A Dream".

The singer made a special appearance at the press premiere on Tuesday (March 27) in the northern English city of Newcastle, close to Scotland, where Boyle grew up.

Fellow Scot, the actress Elaine C. Smith, plays the singer and also co-wrote the musical.

SOUNDBITE: Actress Elaine C. Smith, Who Plays Susan Boyle, saying (English):

"Actually what had happened to her was quite magical, and if we were going to do a stage show it was going to be theatrical and magical and tell the fairy story but tell the darkness of it as well."

The emotional story starts from Boyle's birth, when doctors told her parents "not to expect too much" because of a condition known as perinatal asphyxia, a condition which deprives a newborn of oxygen, which could result in physical harm, usually to the brain.

Boyle's much-publicised grim life pre-"Britain's Got Talent" is also portrayed, growing up on a council estate, as is her dream as a teenager of finding true love, shattered by her overprotective father.

About 200 fans from around the world converged in Newcastle to see the musical, from as far away as Australia and the United States.

SOUNDBITE: Susan Boyle Fan Cathy Garroway From Sydney, Australia, saying (English):

"I decided back in June to attend the Susan Boyle musical from Australia, even though at that stage Susan hadn't been announced as appearing in the show."

SOUNDBITE: Susan Boyle Fan, Jeannie Odom From Sacramento, California, United States, saying (English):

"Susan is everybody, she's your sister, she's your neighbour, she's the person you sit next to in church and sing with. She's the teller at the bank."

Reactions of the show were mainly positive.

SOUNDBITE: Susan Boyle Fans, Jeanette (Left) And Her Mother Betty, From County Durham In England, Saying (English):

"It's just as well there weren't any chandeliers, otherwise it would've come crashing to the floor. Fabulous voice."

SOUNDBITE: Susan Boyle Fan, Hugh Whelan, From Bathgate, Scotland, saying (English):

"It's been a wonderful occasion. If it was emotional for me, I can't begin to imagine how emotional it was for the family."

A Hollywood movie about Boyle's "Cinderella" story is said to be in the works, but for now, fans can see "I Dreamed A Dream" at the Theatre Royal in Newcastle until March 31.
