Justin Bieber is getting sued and it's all because of some prank action on Twitter. You'll probably remember awhile back when the musician posted "Call me now" on his official page along with a phone number. Well, not just any number - but definitely not Justin's phone number. In fact, JB posted a bunch of digits, but one shy of creating an actual contact, so followers were forced to guess the last digit. As far as the lawsuit goes, two people living in Texas are claiming that they got a crazy flood of calls from Bieber fans that day and for weeks after the post. Keep in mind that the star deleted the tweet. On a side note, the two adults want money for the cost and inconvenience of receiving 1-thousand plus calls. And according to TMZ, they're requesting an apology while one person wants JB concert tickets for her grandkids and the other would like an endorsement for his online project. Some are saying that these people are abusing the fact that they can link back the calls to Justin Bieber's prank and that their lawsuit seems a bit like extortion. Think about it. Michael Bay to take over Halloween franchise?
According to Bloody Disgusting, Michael Bays Platinum Dunes is in talks to take the producing reigns on Dimension Films' forthcoming Halloween sequel.
This new development also comes with news that the Halloween sequel will not be in 3D, nor will it use found footage. But the big details is that Platinum dunes is out to new writers and directors for the gig, which means the film that was in the works from My Bloody Valentine and Drive Angry filmmakers Todd Farmer and Patrick Lussier is dead and the duo is no longer involved.
Platinum Dunes seems to be all about remaking those horror icons now considering they were a part of Friday the 13th, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, The Amityville Horror, and A Nightmare on Elm Street, so this is doesn't really come as a huge shock to any of us.

Michael Bay to take over Halloween franchise?
According to Bloody Disgusting, Michael Bays Platinum Dunes is in talks to take the producing reigns on Dimension Films' forthcoming Halloween sequel.
This new development also comes with news that the Halloween sequel will not be in 3D, nor will it use found footage. Rangers Unveil Statue of Fan Who Died at Game
The Texas Rangers unveiled a statue Thursday of the fan who died after falling over an outfield railing at a game last summer. The life-size bronze statue depicts Shannon Stone and his young son wearing baseball caps. (April 5)

Nicki Minaj brings Times Square to a stop
Nicki Minaj takes over Times Square.
Thousands of unsuspecting visitors in New York were surprised with a free concert by the rapper.
SOUNDBITE: Nicki Minaj, rappers, saying (English):
"I'm from New York so I've been roaming the streets of Times Square for a long time. Never imagined myself performing here ever, ever, ever, so I was very, very honored, you know, and thankful to Nokia."
Tourists visiting from around the world were excited about the pop-up performance.
Cherie Cowan from New Zealand said her daughter is a huge Minaj fan and is upset she missed out.

"Yes, she tried to break my phone all the way from New Zealand."
Young Houston, Texas fan Charlotte Spector described the concert in three words.

In a 10 minute set Minaj performed "Super Bass" off her debut album and her new single "Starship" from her second CD, "Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded."
After a huge debut, Minaj said she wasn't worried about matching the success of the first album.

"My fans love this second album, I love it way more than the first album too. So I was actually just like, 'let's just get this album out, let's just go.' And that's kind of like - that was more of the feeling."
The chart topping artist is known just as much for her music as she is her wild fashion choices.
After years of being abused by so many of her outfits, Minaj said she now makes her decisions based on comfort.

"I have so many scars all of me from clothes that have like ruined my arms and stomach and stuff. So one of the biggest things is for me to be comfortable. I like looking crazy obliviously, I like having fun, I like playing dress-up, I don't like to do the norm, but I like to be comfortable."
The concert was held by mobile company Nokia to introduce its new cell phone the Lumia 900.

Director Robert Rodriguez has been promising a sequel to his "Sin City" for so long that people were starting to doubt the movie would ever happen. According to Deadline, the Sequel, titled, "Sin City: A Dame To Kill For," Dimension Films, AR Films and Rodriguez's recently announced that production had begun on the sequel and that casting would begin next week.
Rodriquez said, "The first question I am always asked is "When will you make another Sin City?," .... "I have wanted to re-team with Frank Miller and return to the world he created since the day we wrapped the original, but have felt a duty to the fans to wait until we had something truly exceptional that would meet and exceed what have become epic expectations. 'A Dame To Kill For' will certainly be worth the wait."
The sequel was developed by Frank Miller, and is based on his "Sin City" graphic novels, and features a screenplay by Frank Miller and Academy Award-winner William Monahan from "The Departed". The film is expected to begin production this summer at Rodriguez's Troublemaker Studios in Austin, Texas.
No cast has been announced, but according to the press release, many of the original cast are expected to return including Bruce Willis, Clive Owen, Jessica Alba, Rosario Dawson, Carla Gugino, and Josh Hartnet ....No release date just yet, but you can rest assured that we will keep you posted!

When Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber decided to hit the Lakers game for a fun date last night, they probably never expected to be the targeted by the oh-so-famous Staples Center kiss-cam. Following Justin's appearance on the Voice and Selena's performance on Dancing with the Stars, the power couple hit up downtown LA to check out the Lakers, where they had courtside seats. Selena tweeted out her excitement about heading to the game, adding that she was cheering for the Spurs, who are from her home-state of Texas. During a break from the game, the song "Kiss Me" started playing and as usual cameras within the arena (which are famously referred to as kiss-cams) started scanning the crowd for cute couples to display on the jumbotron for a quick kiss. Justin and Selena watched the hilarious displays of affection, when suddenly, they were the ones on-camera. Selena looked totally surprised and a bit shy but Justin leaned in for a quick kiss and the Lakers crowd went wild with applause. Such a cute moment for our favorite megastars.
