Jennifer Lawrence On 'The Hunger Games' Soundtrack

I'm your host Dana Ward here at our Hollywood studio and we've got a Hunger Games update. This round, our news actually has to do with the soundtrack versus silverscreen deets. Thanks to MTV News for grabbing confirmation, we know that Jennifer Lawrence is confirmed to be included singing on the official movie soundtrack. That's right, T-Bone Burnett who is one-half of the score collaboration with Danny Elfman, revealed that Jennifer did indeed record a track for Hunger Games. He said QUOTE 'it was beautiful. She did great. She's singing great,' even adding in that she's a killer actor too. About the actual song recorded, JL sang Rue's Lullaby, which Katniss sings at a pivotal moment in the book's competition. His costar Oscar Issac said Timberlake is recording with The Punch Brothers, T-Bone Burnett, and Marcus Mumford?yes, the lead singer of Mumford and Sons.
