Since their inception in late 2007, Tulsa-based pop-rocker-foursome Stars Go Dim has captured the attention of a devoted fan base as well as music critics; they took the crown in a series of both fan and industry voted music contests nationwide, including the Country Music Television's Listener's Choice Award. In mid-2008, The Urban Tulsa named Stars Go Dim the ?best unsigned pop band in Oklahoma.? Their popularity is only strengthened by opening act performances for Switchfoot, Daughtry, Paramore, All American Rejects, The Roots, and John Mayer. Stars Go Dim boasts two Grammy nominated musicians with a musical style that blends pop, rock and smooth soul and feature engaging lyrics held together with captivating melodies. The group recently recorded a self-titled debut EP in anticipation of the first single, ?Come Around.? I'm your host Dana Ward in Hollywood and we've got the deets on Taylor Swift's latest award. If you're a fan of her, there's no doubt that you know she's already won some major honors throughout the years and earned the biggest award of the Country Music Association Awards event. Taylor took home Entertainer of the Year. When her name got announced, she jumped up and threw her hands in the air, and delivered a wonderful speech. The artist thanked all of her fellow musicians who stopped by during her tour to join her on stage for a guest feature. Taylor actually read the list from her arm where she wrote the names of Tim McGraw, Justin Bieber, Hot Chelle Rae, Nicki Minaj, Ronnie Dunn, Hayley Williams, T.I., Shawn Colvin, Switchfoot, B.o.b, Tal Bachman, Kenny Chesney, Nelly, Jason Mraz, Ellen Degeneres, Andy Grammer, Jimmy Eat World and Usher. Taylor exclaimed, 'you have made my year. Thank you so much!' Keep in mind that TS also won Entertainer of the Year from the CMA Awards in 2009.
