Even young female celebrities admit to loving One Direction and ClevverTV has the guys' reactions. Anyone who tuned in to the 2012 Kids Choice Awards a few weeks ago likely saw mega-stars Like Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift have an all-out dance party when One Direction hit the stage. Even Katy Perry was moving and grooving. So what do the guys of 1D have to say about some of the world's most famous and most beautiful singers loving their music? MTV chatted with the group following the KCA's where they talked about how flattered they are and the guys started teasing Harry asking him which girl he's excited about, asking him over and over again -- "What rhymes with drift?" Finally Harry fessed up and named Taylor Swift, but overall hestayed very mum on the subject. However, if you ask me, it looks like he might have a bit of a crush. When asked about Demi Lovato admitting to having a 1D crush, Niall spoke up on behalf of the group to say that it feels QUOTE "really exciting." He added that generally it's just really exciting for them to even be in the same room as some of these top celebs and to be involved at all. The guys also said that as far as the music world's hottest female pop stars go, they'd love to collaborate with Rihanna and Katy Perry. We've got highlights from Coachella 2012, including Tupac's resurrection and our favorite stars partying at the music fest! Hey guys, you're watching ClevverMusic. Coachella, the most anticipated music festival of the year, wrapped up Weekend 1 in Indio, California, with an unforgettable performance starring Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg. The rappers took their joint performance to the next level when they were joined by Tupac? fellow West Coast rapper who was killed in 1996?in hologram form. Tupac digitally performed with Snoop and Dre, performing "2 of Amerikaz Most Wanted" and "Gangsta Party."
Along with Tupac, Snoop and Dr. Dre put on their thrilling outro to the music fest with multiple guest stars including Wiz Khalifa, Eminem, 50 Cent, and Warren G. Helping Dre and Snoop win over the crowd was a brilliantly designed stage setup, including an ever-changing video screen in the back and faux power lines.
Two of our favorite stars, Rihanna and Katy Perry, were spotted enjoying Coachella's party scene, along with new hair styles. She linked up to the official Kmart page for some online shopping opportunities and there's a behind-the-scenes video of the star chatting about the clothes, trends and more. In fact, we saw this video awhile back when we got a preview -- but just in case you want the details on the collection, you'll find lots of classic black 'go to' items and plenty of bold colors products. The categories to browse include tops, skirts, jeans, shorts, accessories, shoes and even jewelry. Two directors are in the running for Catching Fire and we're taking bets. Unlike the Hunger Games, only one victor can survive the cut. Who will grab the much coveted director's chair for The Hunger Games follow-up?? Alright, so thanks to the The Playlist for the inside scoop, we hear that Lionsgate has narrowed its search to two filmmakers including Francis Lawrence and Bennett Miller. To get into the nitty gritty, Lawrence worked on Water For Elephants and I Am Legend and Miller is most known for his work on Capote and Moneyball. A lot of sources are saying that it's more likely that Lawrence will be available for the project simply due to scheduling. That being said, some of the other directorial names that were apparently up in the mix include Tomas Alfredson, Tony Scott and Stephen Daldry. We just got news that an entire One Direction doll line is coming to the States, just in time for this fall! No word yet on the exact debut date for the dolls, but, hey, at least American fans can enjoy the same 5 plastic replica toys as UK fans. Actually, Hasbro who partnered up with the band will be bringing the dolls AND an entire line of games to fans globally -- just not in the UK and Ireland, where they're already selling a ton of cool stuff. The chief marketing officer at Hasbro, John Frascotti said QUOTE 'We are excited about the opportunity to provide One Direction's very enthusiastic international fan base with a diverse product line that captures the essence of the band members.' No confirmed word on why exactly Harry is back in town, although several reports are swirling. Word has it that the good looking young man is set to do some modeling work. However, Harry's quick return to the states might be due in part to his wild fans in the UK. According to the Sun, Styles and his family have been forced to temporarily move out of their house for the time being due to massive amounts of QUOTE: "random girls standing outside...24/7." And we're guessing that this fan craze is just the tip of the iceberg as One Direction is set to commence their US Tour on June 13th in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
