Tai Chi: Spread Arms Like Fan Turn Around and Chop - part of the women's fitness video series by GeoBeats. Hello, my name is Tiffany Chen. I am from William C. C. Chen's Tai Chi Chuan. I am going to work on spread arms like fan into step around and chop. Begin by turning to your left. Left leg in front, right leg behind. And I just want you to put your hands in front of you, touch the wrist of the right arm gently with the fingers of the left hand, and relax exhaling, and dip to the left slightly sinking into the left leg, the energy spiraling down. And then when the energy finishes spiraling down, let it naturally bounce back up and bring the right palm to your temple and the left hand extends out in front of you. Now shift the weight back into the right leg. The right leg is going to pull the left foot in so you are pigeon toed and both hands are by the sides of your head. Shift the weight into the left leg. Drop the right hand to the fist. Left hand comes over to the right shoulder. We are going to use the left leg to help spin us around and flip the fist over and step wide with the right. Shift the weight into the right leg, step through with the left leg, sinking. So, as we sink and relax, the fist appears to sink behind the left hand, but it is the body that is relaxing, we are not pulling our elbow back past the body. Relax and then chop, opening up the fist of the right hand. Cross over. Step back with the left, step forward with the right, and push. And this completes that segment.

WE think you will love this one because this is a fun film for the entire family that teaches the true meaning of holiday festivities and the importance of spending quality time with family and friends. . Third place belongs to Home for The Holidays- This film is for anyone who's ever dreaded spending Thanksgiving with their family. And as the Larsons' family gathering demonstrates, Thanksgiving is for being grateful for all those folks you'd like to run away from most of the time. ? 2nd place goes to The Ice Storm ...In the weekend after Thanksgiving 1973, the lives of the Hoods are spiraling out of control. Benjamin Hood (Kevin Kline) drinks to try not to think about his trouble at the office. His wife, Elena (Joan Allen), is reading self help books and losing patience with her husband's lies. Their son, Paul (Tobey Maguire), home for the holidays, escapes to the city to pursue an attractive rich girl from his prep school. Finally, young nymphomaniac Wendy (Christina Ricci) roams the neighborhood, innocently exploring liquor cabinets and lingerie drawers of her friends' parents, looking for something new. His flight has been cancelled due to bad weather, so he decides on other means of transport. As well as bad luck, Neal is blessed with the presence of Del Griffith (John Candy), Shower Curtain Ring Salesman and all-around blabbermouth, who is never short of advice, conversation, bad jokes, or company. When Del decides that he is going the same direction as Neal, trouble happens at every turn. One of The funniest movies for everyone involved, including Martin, Candy, and director John Hughes.
