Lesley Waters makes fruitful muffins
1. Preheat the oven to 200?C/fan 180?C/400?F/gas mark 6.
2. Lightly oil 9 cups of a muffin tin or line with muffin paper cases.
3. Crumble the Fruitful Shredded Wheat biscuits with your hands.
4. Sieve the flour and baking powder into a bowl. Stir in 55g of the crumbled Shredded Wheat biscuits, 20g of the Fruitful fruit mix and the sugar.
5. Whisk together the milk, egg and oil.
6. Mash the bananas and fold into the dry ingredients with the milk mixture.
7. Gently mix in 75g of the blueberries. Do not over mix.
8. Divide the mixture between the muffin cups/cases, not quite filling them. Top with the remaining blueberries and scatter over the remaining 25g of crumbled Fruitful Shredded Wheat biscuits.
9. Bake for 20 minutes until golden, risen and firm. Leave for a few minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool.

INGREDIENTS
90g Butter
100g Billington's Golden Caster Sugar
1 Egg
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
200g Plain Flour
½ tsp Baking Powder
½ Salt
Makes about 20 cookie cutters depending on the size of the cutter
METHOD
Sieve the flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl and set aside
In a large bowl cream the butter and sugar until pale
Beat in the egg and vanilla extract
Add the flour to the butter mix and mix until the dough is formed
Wrap the cookie dough in cling and chill for at least one hour
Preheat the oven to 170 C/fan 150 C
Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface to about 0.5cm
Cut out the cookies and transfer to baking sheets
Roll up the trimmings and repeat stages above to make more cookies
Bake for 8 ? 12 minutes until golden
Remove and transfer to a cooling wire and leave until completely cool before decorating.

The story follows Joe who's new to town and her dad is suffering money problems and thus, her dream private college is no longer in sight. But she takes up an offer from the richest guy in-town to befriend his daughter, played by Jennifer Stone, in order to pay for her future studies. They wind up becoming real friends, she falls for the head plastic's step bro -- that's Diego Boneta -- and the full-on war begins. There are tons of gross pranks involving food, drinks, glue and more... and the race to be Prom Queen is on like Donkey Kong. Oh, and there's a little cross-neighborhood rivalry in the form of a big bash. Japanese Choice Demonstration, Sushi Maki
Directions:
Cut open rice pouch and place in microwave, warm for 2 minutes.
Fluff the rice in a bowl with a fork while adding the Japanese Choice Sushi Rice Vinegar, avoid packing the rice down. Remove any excess moisture by fanning while fluffing.
Pour the Japanese Choice Wasabi Powder in a small bowl, add 10ml of cool water and knead to form a soft paste.
Place a Nori sheet on the bamboo sushi mat . Whit wet hands, spread a layer of sushi rice evenly on the top of the laver, about 1/3 or 1/4 of the pouch. Place your favourite sushi fillings across the center of the rice and with the mat roll the combination tightly together, pressing the edge of the laver to form a seal.
Serve the Japanese Choice Japanese Style Soy Sauce in a small bowl for dipping. The wasabi paste can be added to the soysauce or spread a small amount onto the sushi rounds.
