Last night I got the chance to attend the world premiere of the X Factor in Hollywood, where we got to do a Q and A with the judges Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul, Nicole Scherzinger and LA Reid. And We got to watch the premiere of the show! Check out Simon addressing the press before the show started: (roll footage 00:15-00:51) Simon sounds like a softy there doesn't he? But don't worry I'll assure you he gets right back to his old crabby ways once he sits in the judges' seat. The show is hands down going to KILL it. I attended with ClevverTV's Joslyn Davis, and more than once we were in tears, and the next moment we were laughing hysterically. Also someone to look out for is Steve Jones?the super hot British host of the show. All I have to say is move over Ryan Seacrest?this guy is about to become a household name. Another thing that really stuck out about the show is that there are really going to be a ton of young contestants. As you may know, they lowered the age to 12?so get ready for some Bieber wanna be's that may knock your socks off! Stay tuned for my X Factor spoiler video coming up on ClevverMusic. A Revamped American Idol Returns To TV

Hello hello and thanks for coming back to ClevverTV. I'm Dana Ward with the latest round of dish from American Idol. So as we inch closer and closer to this very much anticipated AI season, fans and critics can't help but wonder what will be the audience response to all of the show changes. Specifically, the new pro panel. I mean, even though it's pretty known that the contestants are on the chopping block, it seems that the new judges, Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler, are also being judged on their abilities. It's being said that Tyler will showcase "accidental humor" similar to Paula Abdul's old role, J-Lo will break out the high-fashion and according to Randy Jackson, we'll see more hair on the dawg, QUOTE 'A little less yo's, a little more 'no's.' But keep in mind that there's a whole lot more fresh meat to be had, in the form of contestants. Remember that the minimum Idol age got lowered to 15, and there will be a bit more pressure for contestants this season. According to reports, singers will perform on-stage in the Las Vegas show Cirque du Soleil in order to narrow the playing field to 20 competitors. Keep in mind that these are just a few of the changes dished straight from the American Idol camp and there's no telling what else might be in-store for this 10th season. Cheryl Cole Confirmed For 'The X Factor' Judge

I'm Joslyn Davis at our Hollywood studios with your X Factor update. After months of speculation, Cheryl Cole has been confirmed as the third judge on the show. She's had a successful run as one of the judges on the British version of the show, and has decided to cross the pond to launch the US version. Simon Cowell revealed his excitement over the news, saying how fantastic Cheryl is to work with. He joked around calling her a "complete brat," but said she's a total pro at spotting talent. CC shot right back at Simon's comments, saying quote, "He's tried to beat me for three years in the U.K., and hasn't even come close. His ego must be so bruised. America is gonna love this." Sounds like these two already have a friendly competition brewing already, and you know that makes for good TV! So to recap, the confirmed judges are LA Reid, Simon Cowell and Cheryl Cole. Of course, we've all been kept anxiously awaiting any sort of detail about the show -- especially when it comes to the judging panel. The show's producer, Simon Cowell, finally signed off on officially announcing that Paula Abdul will be on the competition show. It had been rumored for quite a while that Paula would join in on the judging activities with LA Reid and Cheryl Cole, but now that it's out in the open, she said QUOTE 'I couldn't be happier to bring my love for cultivating talent and performance to such a wildly anticipated show. I know that it will be an extraordinary journey. I'm also delighted and grateful to be sitting next to Simon again...' joking that we might want to check-in with her about that one in a few weeks. I'm Joslyn Davis in Hollywood with all the latest from behind the scenes at last night's VIP world premiere of Fox's highly anticipated show The X Factor. Our ClevverTV crew was on hand at the big event, where all of the show's big names hit the stage to present X Factor to an American audience for the first time. The entertainment world and fans of Simon Cowell have been buzzing about this program for quite some time, wondering whether or not the show would have what it takes to compete with heavyweight competition shows like American Idol. Well guys, let me be the first to tell the X Factor is going to be an absolutely huge hit and it is going to completely dominate in the ratings. The show boasts a judging panel that includes American Idol's favorite former duo Simon Cowell and Paula Abdul, as well as solo artist Nicole Scherzinger, music mogul and industry icon LA Reid, and British hottie host Steve Jones -- who is likely to rank number one on every sexiest list within the next year. Here's a bit of breaking info -- contrary to popular belief, one time judge Cheryl Cole will still appear in at least the first episode as a judge. Her reasons for leaving aren't really addressed, but she still does a fantastic job. So how does it seem this show will differ from American Idol? Well aside from the obvious difference, which is the fact that groups can also compete on the X Factor, we are very excited about seeing very young talent on the show. Simon even told one contestant and obvious front-runner Stacy that she had one of the best auditions he's ever seen. The show has just lined up a huge performer for next week?Rihanna! Paula Abdul spilled the news to the Hollywood Reporter saying that the deal is being ironed out right now. And it's perfect timing if you think about it, seeing as though her new album Talk That Talk is coming on November 21st. The theme for next week was supposed to be all about Madonna and Lady Gaga, but according to Simon Cowell that's been changed to rock. He said quote, I thought doing Lady Gaga and Madonna could get a bit too choreography-led. Rock music gives you a better chance to use the whole stage like we did on the auditions." Nicole Scherzinger and Paula Abdul have become subject to vicious death threats after the elimination of an X Factor contestant. 14 year old Drew was cast off the show because of Nicole and Paula and it was an extremely emotional exit for the teen. Even Simon Cowell was angry about it, and stormed off refusing to even comment on it. And now Drew's loyal fans have threatened the lives of Nicole and Paula, with many fans writing scary messages to them on Twitter. Apparently both women are shocked by the public outrage, since they've never experienced anything like this after an elimination. More news of firings today?not only is Nicole Scherzinger getting the boot off the X Factor, but word on the street is Paula Abdul is out too! The Hollywood Reporter claims Simon Cowell has been holding production meetings to assess what went wrong on season 1 of the show in the US, and one of the major points brought up was that Paula's role on the show was quote "irrelevant to the mix." Harsh!

As for Nicole, she was deemed unfit for the show because of how emotional she became with certain contestants, and apparently Simon wants a bigger celebrity to fill her spot next season. We've heard whispers about Mariah Carey getting hired, but that's just a rumor at this point. Also axed is host Steve Jones, and there's been no clear cut information on that decision.
