I'm Dana Ward and we're breaking down all of the nominations for the 2010 Oscars. Even with the Academy doubling the Best Picture nods - apparently in an attempt to catch a younger viewing audience - most of the included films fall into the expected category. Avatar, An Education, The Hurt Locker, The Blind Side, Inglorious Basterds, Precious, A Serious Man, Up, Up in the Air and District 9. Five of those movies got Best Director nominations for James Cameron, Kathryn Bigelow, Quentin Tarantino, Lee Daniels and Jason Reitman. In the Best Leading Actor category, Jeff Bridges, George Clooney, Colin Firth, Morgan Freeman and Jeremy Renner with Best Leading Actress going to Sandra Bullock, Hellen Mirren, Carey Mulligan, Gabourey Sidibe and Meryl Streep. The Animated Feature Film nominations include Coraline, Fantastic Mr. Fox, The Princess and the Frog, The Secret of Kells and Up. Best Cinematography had a nod for Harry Potter in there, Star Trek got a Best Makeup nomination and Sherlock Holmes got included in the Music - Original Score breakdown. This year's hosts include funny guys Alec Baldwin and Steve Martin, so it's expected to be quite the performance for the show March 7th on ABC. Sawyer meets the rescued dolphin at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium, a marine rehabilitation center where she lives. Sawyer rallies friends and family alike to save Winter by convincing a pioneering doctor to create a unique prosthetic attachment to restore the dolphin's ability to swim. Ross Petrocelli, a pittsburg local recently snapped some pretty snazzy photos of anne hathaways catwoman stunt double doing her thing on her bat pod! Considering we were all pretty disappointed with the initial cat woman photos, I will say, I am pretty impressed with the photos that have surfaced as of late, especially these action shots thanks to Petrocelli! Could you imagine seeing this from your office window, not a bad view! The Dark Knight Rises hits the theaters July 20th, 2012 and stars Christian Bale, Morgan Freeman, Michael Caine, Gary Oldman, Tom Hardy, Anne Hathaway, and Joseph Gordon-Levitt. CAT WOMAN HITS THE SET! Hey guys, Im Tatiana carrier and Ive got another first look for you via the set of the dark knight rises! The Dark Knight Rises continued production in Los Angeles over the weekend, and ofcrouse a new set photos have hit the web, which show Anne Hathaway in her full Catwoman costume along with Christian Bale in full Batman attire ! In these photos we FINALLY get a full head to toe look at ANnes Cat Costume, and we think so looks pretty incredible! We also get a detailed look at batmans get up which if we were comparing this to styles of designers, I would guess these superheros shop at the same boutique! The two looks appear to be very similar besides ofcourse, the signature bat ears, or in hathways case, cat ears! Speaking of catwomans ears, these Catwoman pics look more like the traditional Catwoman outfit and how it appears her "cat ears" double as the goggles we saw in the first official pic. Finally we see some images of the two stars getting touched up between scenes! The Dark Knight Rises comes to theaters July 20th, 2012 and stars Christian Bale, Morgan Freeman, Michael Caine, Gary Oldman, Tom Hardy, Anne Hathaway, Marion Cotillard, Joseph Gordon-Levitt. President Tom Beck played by Morgan Freeman in Deep Impact...this movie was a huge hit when it came out in 1998 and morgan freeman was not messing around, making him our number 5 prez. 4. President Andrew Shepherd played by Michael Douglas in The American President...This movie earned the number 4 spot bc it combines a rom com with Douglas leading the flick as a principled politician, which is rare and awesome at the same time! 3. President James Marshall played by Harrison Ford in Air Force One- I don't know about you but whenever Harrison ford does or says anything I feel like we have to listen...the mans voice has authority!!! 2. President Thomas J. Whitmore played by Bill Pullman in Independence Day...Independence day is one of the greatest flicks of all time, and anytime someone kicks an aliens ass, im pretty excited... 1. President Merkin Muffley played by Peter Sellers Dr. Strangelove...its peter sellers...I mean, what more is there to say here? So theres our list but what about yours? Hey guys, Tatiana carrier here with the latest on Mr. Morgan Freeman! According to our friends at the Hollywood reporter, Freeman is to Receive the Cecil B. DeMille Award for Lifetime Achievement at Golden Globes this year! AS you guys know, the 74-year-old has given countless memorable film performances, winning one Oscar and one Golden Globe along the way...and now he will be rightfully awarded a lifetime achievemtn awarad! Freeman made his film debut in 1964 and a few of his most memorable flicks include Street Smart, Driving Miss Daisy, Unforgiven , one of my ALL TIME FAVS Shawshank Redemption, Se7en, Million Dollar Baby, Gone Baby Gone and The Dark Knight. Other fun freeman facts, he has received five Academy Award nominations and five Golden Globe nominations, winning the best supporting actor Oscar for Million Dollar Baby and the best actor (musical or comedy) Globe for Driving Miss Daisy. In an exclusive interview actor Christian Bale says he is hanging up his cape for "the last time," calling it the end of "that Batman era." . The actor has played Bruce Wayne and his superhero alter ego in all three films inChristopher Nolan's trilogy -- the last of which, The Dark Knight Rises, recently wrapped shooting for a July 20 release and spoke about that experience as well as his castmates! . Heres what Bale said, "I wrapped a few days ago so that will be the last time I'm taking that cowl off...I believe the whole production wrapped yesterday, so it's all done. Everything's finished. It's me and Chris - that will be the end of that Batman era." . The Academy Award winning actor has played Bruce Wayne and his superhero alter-ego since 2005's Batman Begins, which has earned more than $372 million worldwide. With its 2008 sequel, The Dark Knight, Warner Bros. pulled in more than $1 billion at the box office. . The Dark Knight rises features a few familiar faces --Michael Caine, Gary Oldman and Morgan Freeman -- as well as newcomers Anne Hathaway, Tom Hardy and Joseph Gordon-Levitt. Bale had LOTS of great things to say about his costars especially anne hathway who tackled one of the toughest jobs-taking on the infamous catwoman...he said, "When Chris watched the screen test, he agreed that Anne did a wonderful job. In many ways, she has the hardest job...There are a number of people who feel that the Catwoman role has been defined previously. This week, in honor of New years eve, we countdown the top 5 ENSEMBLE romantic comedies of all time! I mean, whats better than a rom com? AN ENSEMBLE ROM COM! So let's get started!!! . Coming in a 5 on our countdown is, He's Just Not That Into You. This movie was made after the top selling book made waves in the lives of girls everywhere...the main message being, well, hes just not that into you! The flick takes the same storyline with an allstar cast of Ben Affleck, Jennifer Aniston, Jennifer Connelly, Ginnifer Goodwin, Scarlett Johansson, Bradley Cooper, Kevin Connelly, and Justin long! . In 4th place is The Holiday. The flick follows two women troubled with guy-problems swap homes in each other's countries, where they each meet a local guy and fall in love. The flick stars Kate Winslet, Cameron Diaz, Jack black and Jude Law! . Third place goes to Crazy, Stupid Love. This flick is about A middle-aged husband's life that changes dramatically when his wife asks him for a divorce. He seeks to rediscover his manhood with the help of a new-found friend Jacob, learning to pick up girls at bars. The flick stars a few of my favs, steve corral, ryan gosling, emma stone, and julianne moore ... simply seeing steve corral trying to pick up chicks while gosling coaches him through it all is totally worth the watch!..and lets be real, I'm not mad at ryan goslings abs either . And in second place is one of my favorites, Love Actually. Love actually Follows the lives of eight very different couples in dealing with their love lives in various loosely and interrelated tales all set during a frantic month before Christmas in London, England. . Valentine's Day comes in 1st! This seriously packed all star cast includes are you ready???? Jessica Alba , Kathy Bates, Jessica Biel, Bradley Cooper, Eric Dane, Patrick Dempsey, Jaime Foxx, Jennifer Garner, Topher Grace, Anne Hathaway, Ashton Kutcher, Queen Latifah, Taylor LAutner, George Lopez, Shirley Maclaine, emma Roberts, Julia Roberts, Jewel, Taylor Swift and as if that wasn't enough...MORGAN FREEMAN as the narrator! The flick centers around the Intertwining of couples and singles in Los Angeles...from their makes ups to break ups all based on the crazy expectations of Valentine's Day. This comes in at number one not only because it took me 45 minutes to list out the ensemble cast, but because this flick inspired New Years Eve which is created by the same folks behind valentines day!
