FAME Movie Preview - Sneak Peek Can movie perfection really be improved upon? We're about to find out. Hey movie fans-I'm Joslyn for ClevverTV with all the latest news on FAME's return to the bigscreen. The remake will be based upon the 1980 film which follows talented students attending the New York City High School for the Performing arts, which is now usually referred to as LaGuardia high school. The original movie was a huge success and judging from the cast of the remake, the new version is sure to be a hit. Megan Mullally, Kelsey Grammar and Bebe Neuwirth are all on the film's roster. Famed choreographer Debbie Allen will also appear as the Principal in the new upcoming feature. But what is really exciting about this film is that we are going to see a whole new group of actors playing the students in FAME- who are sure to use the film to catapult their careers to the next level. La Guardia will play home to the hottest up and coming singers, dancers and actors in New York City. This goes for real life as well-as I mentioned earlier La Gaurdia is a real high school. AND Lady Gaga is one of many famous singers who actually attended the NYC school before hitting the bigtime. The film is currently in post-production and a very short trailer is available for viewing but other than that, info on FAME is pretty scarce.
