Star Trek set Photos revealed! Hey guys thanks so much for watching clevver movies I'm your host Tatiana carrier with a first look at some star trek action!

So as you guys know there were reports that no cast members from the old Star Trek franchise would be appearing in director J.J. Abrams's upcoming sequel Star Trek 2. HOWEVER, New images from the set have are pointing to this report being false!

Both Leonard Nimoy and Zachary Quinto were spotted in their respective Spock outfits in the photos that Producer Roberto Orci tweeted direct from the deck of the Starship Enterprise, on a sound stage at Paramount Studio....he also included a photo of a Star Fleet janitor (actually one of the producers on the first movie), along with a pic of J.J. Abrams and Roberto Orci doing on-set rewrites. There's also a good photo of the entire cast...and remember, you guys can see all the photos on the blog (just check the link in description).

Star Trek 2 comes to theaters May 17th, 2013 and stars Zoe Saldana, Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, Benedict Cumberbatch, Anton Yelchin, Simon Pegg, Karl Urban, John Cho.

It has long been rumored that fan favorite Khan would be playing the main villain in the upcoming Star Trek 2 sequel. Rumors reached an all-time high when director J.J. Abrams sought out Latino actors for the role, including Benecio del Toro. Rumors of a Khan appearance soon cooled when British actor Benedict Cumberbatch ultimately landed the role. According to Trek Movie though, Cumberbatch is in fact taking on the role of the genetically-engineered space tyrant Khan after all.

CNN also reports that the Klingons will be joining the all-star cast. Cut from the first film, the Klingons are vital to the sequel's storyline. Leonard Nimoy also tweeted that he'll return as Spock Prime, making this his eighth Star Trek feature film .

The as yet untitled Star Trek sequel will hit theaters May 17, 2013.
