I'm your host Dana Ward at the studio. It's always a sad day when a concert gets cancelled, but it's an especially sad day when it involved multiple artists and a charity. Unfortunately, the Concert 4 NYC came to a screetching halt on June 9,, thanks to the lightning in Central Park. Some of the musicians who never made it to the stage include Taylor Swift, the Black Eyed Peas, LL Cool J, Debbie Harry and Natasha Bedingfield. Since it was a show meant to raise awareness and money for the anti-povery organization, the stars seemed to feel especially bad about the cancellations. Taylor tweeted out a sad face about the news while the Peas tweeted that they're devastated, adding that Fergie specifically said she loves all of the fans and she's really sorry. They hope the concert will be rescheduled because the peeps from the Robin Hood Foundation deserve it. So now we're wondering if you think it's even possible for these popular musicians to reconnect for the show. Fingers crossed for sure on this one... That's the latest for now. Well the Grammys don't take place until February of next year, but the nominations announcement is right around the corner! And of course CBS is making a huge deal out of it! The network is hosting their annual Grammy Nominations Concert and guess who they landed as the headlining performer for the evening....Lady Gaga! She'll perform, along with Jason Aldean. The event will air on CBS on November 30th at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles at 10PM. LL Cool J will host the event, and other performers and presenters will be announced as the date gets closer. A portartsi a casa più premi è stato Zach Galifianakis, 41enne comico del North Carolina apparso nel film Into the wild-Nelle terre selvagge di Sean Penn, grazie alla serie web Between two ferns with Zach Galifianakis. FunnyOrDie ha ricevuto otto premi mentre altri vincitori sono stati Lisa Kudrow, che magari ricorderete per la sua presenza nella popolare serie Friends, premiata per Web therapy, l'applicazione per iPhone Angry birds e il sito del quotidiano New York Times. Ma non sono mancati riconoscimenti anche per Conan O'Brien, Snoop Dogg, Jim Carrey, LL Cool J, Arcade Fire, Twitter, Skype e Hulu.

This Grammy Nominations Concert is shaping up to be pretty amazing. Not only is Lady Gaga performing, but now Rihanna, Usher and The Band Perry have been added to the lineup! Sugarland, Ludacris, Lupe Fiasco and Jason Aldean are all also taking the stage for the event too. LL Cool J will host the show, taking place at the Nokia Theater. He'll announce the nominees in several categories, and the performances will be spliced into the show. And of course the whole thing will be televised live on November 30th from 10 to 11 pm. The devastation following the 2010 earthquake in Haiti continues to be a huge issue. Miley has been to Haiti twice in recent history, and she was clearly very moved by what she experienced. This year's Grammys officially has a host! It was announced this morning that LL Cool J will MC the event, making him the first MC for the show in seven years. The last person to host the show was Queen Latifah and that was all the way back in 2004! LL seems pretty psyched about the task at hand saying in a statement quote, "I'm thrilled to be part of Music's Biggest Night." He's promising a great night of performances and music, and like we previously reported, Adele is the rumored big performer for the night right now, along with confirmed acts Nicki Minaj, Bruno Mars, Taylor Swift, Jason Aldean and Kelly Clarkson. Finally some great breaking Gaga news! Ready for this? We hear she's set to perform at the Grammy Awards next month! According to the BBC, Gaga will be opening and closing the biggest music night of the year. As you know she's nominated in three categories this year, including Album of the Year. Now virtually NO ONE is reporting this news at this point except for the BBC. But we thought about it, and it makes sense. Gaga headlined the Grammy nominations concert back in November, which LL Cool J hosted. And now he's been named the MC of the award show, so it would make sense the producers would want to stick to the same formula. Hey hey people! Thanks for checking out the show. I'm Dana Ward and right now we are smiling so big because of one of the latest Grammy ads to hit the public. It stars Taylor Swift and LL Cool J. In the commercial, you can count on LL to lead the way, dishing all the deets in a rap about the awards show. Well, he says just a few of the stand out details like Taylor Swift Sunday Grammys. And after he gets the beats going, Taylor joins in with her own beat box style. I mean, she straight up throw in funky noises to add to the song. It's a cool all-white set with a giant Grammy trophy between the two of them and TS is mixing up the beatboxing so much that the two stars lose it and start laughing. It's pretty funny, hence, why I'm still smiling just talking about.
