Sounds fun, but before you head out to the theatres on aug 12th when it releases, lets hear what the critics had to say! Kirk Honeycutt hw reporter said, " When a script is this bare-bones bad, actors overcompensate by increasing their antics with each scene and trying too hard to find laughs where none exists." Glenn kinney msn movies said "Not much new ground broken, but the jokes are almost all good, and director Ruben Fleischer is pretty great with the timing and ruthless about keeping the whole thing fat-free." I'm Dana Ward chilling at the ClevverTV studio and today we're going over the recently released Oscar nominations list and reviewing some of our faves who made the cut. First up, some major props go out to teenager Hailee Steinfeld for Best Supporting Actress in True Grit and Natalie Portman got a nod for Best Actress in Black Swan. And Jesse Eisenberg in The Social Network and James Franco in 127 Hours both nabbed a nomination for Best Actor. Plus, some songs to receive noms for Best Original Song include tracks from Toy Story 3 and Tangled, but one artist who a ton of peeps were forecasting to grab an Academy Award nomination is Justin Bieber!! Hey guys thanks for coming back to ClevverMovies, I'm Tatiana Carrier with the latest on Daniel Radcliffe! . Its looking like Daniel Radcliffe is keeping busy post Harry Potter! First his broadway play and now, according to sources, is in talks to play Allen Ginsberg in an upcoming flick. Now you guys may remember that not too long ago James Franco starred in "Howl" as Ginsberg, but it focused on his writing and relationships, this film however will take on a different angle of his life. "Kill your Darlings" will be a thriller based on the actual events that occurred between him and other famous authors Jack Kerouac and Lucien Carr. . While we don't know much else about the film we do know that Carr brought Ginsberg and Kerouac together in friendship but also served time for murdering his lover. The role of Ginsberg was originally supposed to be played by Jesse Eisenberg, but now it seems that Radcliffe may take his place. Chris Evans was originally set to play Kerouac and Ben Whishaw was on to play Carr but it is unsure if either of them are still confirmed or if the director is looking to build a whole new cast. . Jessie Eisenberg Sues Paramount

Jesse Eisenberg has filed a lawsuit against Lionsgate Entertainment and Grindstone Entertainment for allegedly trying to fraudulently capitalize on the The Social Network star's fame, according to legal documents. . The court papers state that the low-budget horror movie Camp Hell has been advertised as a film starring Eisenberg even though he appears onscreen for "less than five minutes."According to the documents, Eisenberg originally agreed to play a cameo role in the picture "as a favor to friends" for "minimal compensation." . "Eisenberg is bringing this lawsuit in order to warn his fans and public that, contrary to the manner in which the defendants are advertising the film, Eisenberg is not the star of and does not appear in a prominent role in Camp Hell, but instead has a cameo role in Camp Hell." . The suit asks for Lionsgate and Grindstone to compensate Eisenberg for damages of at least $3 million. . Well hopefully this sends a message out to the studios out there...know the difference between a starring role and a cameo, geez!!! .
