One of the best parts of the night is the annual Dick Clark's New Year's Rocking Eve where some of the hottest artists perform in Times Square. Today it was announced that Pitbull and Hot Chelle Rae have been added to the night's lineup! And to recap?Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber are also headlining the night too. Ryan Seacrest and Jenny McCarthy will host the evening from New York, and Fergie will host the LA Based part of the night.
