Jason Bateman talks about his new movie 'Horrible Bosses', getting to improv in the movie, working with director Seth Gordon, how the three main characters played by him, Jason Sudeikis and Charlie Day work together to create one character, reading the script from Michael Markowitz, John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein for the first time and how a script he thought would be predictable turned out not to be, why his character "Nick Hendricks" ends up wanting to kill his boss, "Dave Harken" played by Kevin Spacey and how the plot to kill their bosses gets out of control. Horrible Bosses hits theaters on July 8th, 2011. Cast: Jason Bateman, Jason Sudeikis, Charlie Day, Jennifer Aniston, Colin Farrell, Kevin Spacey, Jamie Foxx, Julie Bowen, Isaiah Mustafa, Donald Sutherland, John Francis Daley For Nick (Jason Bateman), Kurt (Jason Sudeikis) and Dale (Charlie Day), the only thing that would make the daily grind more tolerable would be to grind their intolerable bosses (Kevin Spacey, Colin Farrell, Jennifer Aniston) into dust. Quitting is not an option, so, with the benefit of a few-too-many drinks and some dubious advice from a hustling ex-con (Jamie Foxx), the three friends devise a convoluted and seemingly foolproof plan to rid themselves of their respective employers... permanently. There's only one problem: even the best laid plans are only as foolproof as the brains behind them. Horrible Bosses trailer courtesy Warner Bros. Pictures.
