The Michael Jackson tribute concert has run into a new set of problems. According to reports, ticket prices have been slashed up to 50 percent. Fans are up in arms over the news, just adding to all the controversy surrounding this event. The price slashings are apparently a result of the financial hardships the event has faced because of the family and fan disapproval, which has even led to some fansites calling for the whole thing to be canceled. Despite all the controversy, Christina Aguilera, Cee-Lo Green, Smokey Robinson and Beyonce are all still signed on to be a part of it. We also got word that Jamie Foxx has be confirmed for the show as well. He will appear live along with Christina, Cee Lo and Smokey, and Beyonce will appear via satellite to do quote a unique never before seen performance. So will the show go on? Hi guys, welcome back to ClevverMusic, I'm Bridget Daly. The Michael Jackson tribute concert is still a go, despite all the roadblocks its faced. And now it's been announced that Jamie Foxx will be the host for the event. We heard previously via the Hollywood Reporter that he would be involved in some way, but no details had been released til now. According to reports, Foxx will emcee the even tlive from Wales on October 8. Leona Lewis, Ne-Yo, Craig David, Pixie Lott, Alexandra Burke and Alien Ant Farm have also joined the list of performers. But this event is still being met with controversy as some fans are against the entire thing. We hear they're also pissed Beyonce is appearing via satellite rather than showing up in person. Well we guess the show must go on, despite what the fans, as well as some of Michael's family members think about it. Where do you guys stand? Stay tuned, Clevver Movies has the details! Hey there Leo lovers, Tatiana for Clevver Movies with the latest on the A-List Actors next move! We previously reported that Leonard DiCaprio was rumored to be playing the villain in Quentin Tarantino's spaghetti western 'Django Unchained' and now sources are confirming the star in in talks to play a lead villain. Leo will play a "not so nice" plantation owner named Monsieur Calvin Candy. Sources tell us Leo's character doesn't make his evil entrance until mid way through the film, but when he finally makes his debut, he takes over the silver screen. Other stars in talks for the Tarantino film include Oscar winner Christoph Waltz and Sameul Jackson. Jamie Foxx are also a topic of convo as they may be filling the role Will Smith was meant to play. The Weinstein Company has announced that Django Unchained will hit the theaters December 25th 2012. The flick follows a bounty hunter as he attempts to rescue his wife from a slavemaster, played by Leonardo DiCaprio. Other cast mates include Oscar winner Christoph Waltz and Samuel L Jackson.
