It's the Hunger Games versus Bridesmaids for this year's MTV Movie Awards! The competition is on as the official nominations list just got released. These two movies are tied for their 8-total nods each, both for Movie of the Year, Best Cast, Breakthrough Performance -- for Liam Hemsworth and Melissa McCarthy, Best Female Performance -- it's Kristen Wiig and Jennifer Lawrence -- as well as Emma Watson for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2. Of course, Hunger Games fans should be happy to know that Josh Hutcherson got a nomination for Best Male Performance, Elizabeth Banks is included in the Best On-Screen Transformation thanks to Effie, Josh and Jennifer earned a Best Fight nod as well as a Best Kiss nomination. Also in the Best Fight category, Harry Potter gets a shout and Best Kiss gave some love to Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart in Breaking Dawn Part 1 AND to Rupert Grint and Emma Watson for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2. Bringing it back to the big winner of the night -- the golden popcorn trophy that everyone wants to take home at the MTV Movie Awards -- Movie of the Year. We already revealed that Bridesmaids and The Hunger Games got included, but also in the running for the 21st annual awards show, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2, The Help and The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1. We want to give special shoutouts to 21 Jump Street for its 6 nods, The Help with its 4 nominations as well as Drive, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, Horrible Bosses and Project X -- all movies that earned 3 category inclusions. Hair chameleon Miley Cyrus has changed up her style once again. Miley hit twitter to share her salon experience with her followers, at which point she also introduced her new puppy Happy, as well. After her grooming sesh, Miley was spotted outside of her favorite Pilates studio, showing off her red-blonde ombre hair style. The two-tone look starts out with a more blondish reddish hue at the root and progressively gets more blonde towards the tips of her mane. This dip-dye look is a huge trend, especially among celebrities, and Miley is just the latest to make the fun jump. Miley is known for willingness to take fun, calculated risks with her hair. We've seen her with everything from super long extensions in the Last Song, to her sexy bob at the Hunger Games premiere. Victoria's Secret Angels dish on what's sexy
Victoria's Secret Angel models Lindsay Ellingson, Doutzen Kroes and Erin Heatherton dished on their favorite sexy celebrities in Los Angeles on Thursday (May 10).

Beyonce was the clear favorite as Sexiest Mom and Charlize Theron was named Sexiest Actress as part of the Victoria's Secret "What is Sexy?" list.

San Diego native Lindsay Ellingson had another favorite in mind.

SOUNDBITE: Lindsay Ellingson, Victoria's Secret Model, saying (English):

"The standout for me is Jennifer Lawrence for Sexiest Eyes because I'm such a fan of 'The Hunger Games' right now and I think she just had such a sultry gaze to her in the movie, and I think she's beautiful. Who could forget the red dress she wore at the Oscars? It was so great."

Erin Heatherton perhaps summed it up best when she said that sexy comes from within.

"Sexy is totally relative, growing up I felt sexy, but I was a nerd and I played sports," she said. "Sexy isn't defined by beauty or by what your style is. You don't have to dress sexy to be sexy. When you walk into a room and you have confidence and you're sure of yourself, everybody can feel it around you, and that's sexy."

The seventh annual "What Is Sexy?" list comes as part of Victoria's Secret's promotional kick for its latest line of bras.

MTV announces a controversial host and a handful of the presenters for this year's MTV Movie Awards, and we've got your details covered.

British actor-comedian Russell Brand will host this year's MTV Movie Awards, which will air live on June 3 from the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City at 9pm ET. This is Russell's first attempt at hosting the movie award show, but he does have two VMA hosting gigs under his belt.

MTV President, Stephen Friedman said in a statement, "His rock-n-roll sensibility and fearlessness give us the perfect partner with whom to take a leap of faith with as we meld the worlds of movies and music together on one very special night." Russell will join the ranks of previous hosts that include Jason Sudeikis, Aziz Ansari, Andy Samberg, and Ben Stiller.

But what would an award show be without some celebrity presenters? Spider-Man co-stars Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield will be presenting at the show, along with Kristen Stewart, Chris Hemsworth, Charlize Theron, Mila Kunis, and Mark Wahlberg. Indie rock group Fun is slated to perform at the show.

Leading the nominees for the MTV Movie Awards is 'The Hunger Games' and 'Bridesmaids.' Fans can vote for the nominees at MovieAwards.MTV.com through June 2, with the exception of Movie of the Year, which will be open through the show on June 3. The Hunger Games is one of the biggest movies of the year and with great success comes great parody...okay, maybe not great, but a parody of The Hunger Games is coming and we have the details!

According to Variety, Jason Friedberg and Aaron Seltzer, the guys behind parody flicks Scary Movie, Date Movie, Meet the Spartans, Disaster Movie and Vampires Suck have set their sights on The Hunger Games as fodder for their next film, The Starving Games. In addition to The Hunger Games, expect to see riffs on recent hits like The Avengers, Sherlock Holmes and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.

The film will begin shooting in October and is currently being shopped to distributors at Cannes. No release dates have been set. Though considered lower than low brow humor and critically panned, Friedberg and Seltzer's films have grossed more than $350 million worldwide. The duo is currently filming The Biggest Movie of All Time 3D which will spoof the biggest box-office films to date and is being touted as the first parody movie to be filmed in 3D.

The trilogy about teenagers who must fight to the death while the world watches has a large and passionate fan base. Interviews with fans queuing up to see the movie in New York.

If you were as excited for the possible Hunger Games show as we were, and you were super bummed to hear that it got the boot before the launch, you'll be happy to know that The Selection might be coming back. Thanks to the Fall upfronts for CW, we know that the show set to star Aimee Teegarden is being redeveloped. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the network's president Mark Pedowitz said that they're set to go back in and get it right, give it the right tone and get it on the air. As a reminder, the show is based on the books by Kiera Cass QUOTE 'an epic romance set 300 years in the future which centers on a poor young woman who is chosen by lottery to participate in a competition to become the next queen of a war-torn nation at a crossroads.'
