Up first, the belle of the ball, Emma Watson looked absolutely glamorous in her floor length gown by Bottega Veneta. The fitted bodice with the dramatically full yet moveable skirt looked fabulous, as did her neatly dark smokey eyes. The sleek, pulled back hairstyle and simple accessories fit with the look perfectly. Meanwhile, Daniel Radcliffe wore various shades of charcoal for his fitted suit. He layered it up -- even throwing in a midnight black tie and his patterned pocketsquare added a bit of funk to the otherwise classic look. Totally rocking the classic suit and looking classy while doing it, Rupert Grint. He went for a clean, patterned black suit and tie with a crisp white collared button down, and we're digging the big smile he rocked down the red carpet. Up first, let's chat about one of the movie's star, Ashley Tisdale. She went for a fully beaded mini dress -- love it! The multi-colored and rich Aztec-inspired pattern was glamorous and bold. Plus Ashley's chunky accessories and simple taupe pumps were a hit. Oh, and yes, we do think her blonde locks look nice as well. Up next, Bella Thorne matched with the blue-themed carpet with her hippie chic look. We're talking about a ruffled tube top paired up with a deep, almost-denim-inspired lo9ng skirt. Gabby Youngs twisting path took her from her rural roots in Wiltshire, through lifes tribulations at an early age before combusting in the London music scene, to cause one of the biggest reactions seen in years.
Causing a reaction is becoming a habit for the instantly recognisable girl with a petite frame, mane of red hair and the vocal ability of a lioness. Although classically trained, her diverse musical tastes include pop, rock, folk, jazz, funk and experimental and that shines through in every song. Critics are agreed, Gabby Young is a true original. Already overcoming thyroid cancer at the tender age of 22, her voice has been described as having a vocal range that would melt marble at a hundred paces. High praise indeed, but an initial listen to her debut EP will soon have you making similar comparisons. Her commanding stage presence has earned her a fan base that spans a range of musical genres, from folk to antifolk, acoustic trip to jazz.
The last couple of years have seen Gabby appear at major festivals such as Glastonbury, The Secret Garden, Marlborough Jazz Festival, Standon Calling and many more. This autumn Gabby was lucky enough to perform a number of live dates in the north west of America, supporting the great troubadour Al Stewart, before boarding a flight to LA to perform solo gigs and finally returning to the UK to in October promote her current EP.

BEN REEL plays rock with a touch of blues and roots and the occasional injection of reggae. Critically acclaimed all over Europe, his vocals are soulful and his lyrics meaningful. Time to Get Real, is the Castleblayney-based songwriters fifth album in 10 years. Its an earthy album which reflects the need to get back to reality in these post-boom times, says the South Armagh native. Ireland lost its way and a bit of its soul in the last decade; now its time to get back to basics. Since his debut, This is the Movie, back in 1999, each album has gone from strength to strength, covering different styles of music along the way from rock, soul, roots to reggae to funk. Now, with this new album, Bens music has evolved into an honest earthy, soulful sound that has matured like a fine wine. Following the radio hit in May 09 with U People on Today FM, the new album has picked up a lot of airplay in Ireland & Europe .featuring on RTE Radio 1 playlist. In February 08 RTE Radio 1 broadcasted a full live Ben Reel gig as part of their In Concert series. His band has performed Blas Ceoil on BBC2 N. Ireland, Dave Fanning's The 11th Hour show on RTE2, performed live on Ray Darcys Show , while U People was featured on Tony Fentons download of the day and was playlisted on Today FM for 3 weeks. In October 09 the band played 2 songs live in session on Pat Kennys morning show on RTE radio 1. Ben is also a regular feature on BBC Radio Ulster espiacally Gerry Anderson and Ralph McClane who have both championed his current and previous albums. In the last 10 years he has supported celebrated names like Jools Holland, Alabama 3 and The Cranberries. He has performed U People with the late great Ian Durys legendary Blockheads, and has recorded the song with award winning saxophonist Gilard Atzman. In the last two years Ben has enjoyed successful tours in Holland, Belgium and Germany, receiving rave reviews and attracting a growing fan base. Along the way he has played with some of the finest musicians in Ireland as his backing band and has built a loyal underground following. Often described as an artist lying beneath the radar for way too long, this simmering pot is about to boil.

Following the radio hit in May 09 with U People on Today FM, the new album has picked up a lot of airplay in Ireland & Europe .featuring on RTE Radio 1 playlist. In February 08 RTE Radio 1 broadcasted a full live Ben Reel gig as part of their In Concert series. His band has performed Blas Ceoil on BBC2 N. Ireland, Dave Fanning's The 11th Hour show on RTE2, performed live on Ray Darcys Show , while U People was featured on Tony Fentons download of the day and was playlisted on Today FM for 3 weeks. In October 09 the band played 2 songs live in session on Pat Kennys morning show on RTE radio 1. Ben is also a regular feature on BBC Radio Ulster espiacally Gerry Anderson and Ralph McClane who have both championed his current and previous albums. In the last 10 years he has supported celebrated names like Jools Holland, Alabama 3 and The Cranberries. He has performed U People with the late great Ian Durys legendary Blockheads, and has recorded the song with award winning saxophonist Gilard Atzman. In the last two years Ben has enjoyed successful tours in Holland, Belgium and Germany, receiving rave reviews and attracting a growing fan base. Along the way he has played with some of the finest musicians in Ireland as his backing band and has built a loyal underground following. Often described as an artist lying beneath the radar for way too long, this simmering pot is about to boil.

Akina Adderley & The Vintage Playboys is an Austin soul band whose unique sound blends elements of rock, funk, and old-school R&B. Front person/vocalist Akina Adderley lights up the stage as "the little woman with the big voice." Granddaughter of jazz trumpet great Nat Adderley, grandniece of jazz saxophone legend "Cannonball" Adderley, and daughter of Nat Adderley, Jr. (producer/pianist/band leader for Luther Vandross), Akina brings a distinguished musical pedigree to the Vintage Playboys, who are a tight group of seasoned players from an eclectic musical background. The brainchild of four inspired musicians, AAVP is now a powerhouse nine-piece, and has become a vital part of Austin's newly resurrected soul scene. The band has been playing for nearly three years, and has shared bills with such acts as Big Sam's Funky Nation, Gary Clark, Jr., T Bird and the Breaks, Pinetop Perkins, The Greyhounds, and Carolyn Wonderland. On the heels of tremendously well-received showcases at SXSW '09 and '10, a successful taping for Radio Without Borders on Austin's KUT 90.5 FM, an enthusiastically welcomed debut album release, a taping for News 8 Austin's Summer Rooftop Series, and several impressive road shows from Memphis to Los Angeles, AAVP's fan base continues to grow and excitement surrounding their live performances is steadily increasing. AAVP's eponymous debut full-length record was released in 2009, and is available on iTunes and CD Baby, as well as at several area record stores.
