Ed Westwick says people often confused him with Robert Pattinson.
The Gossip Girl and Twilight stars are two of Britain's biggest acting exports over the past few years.
"People come up to me so many times and think I'm Robert Pattinson and it's so bizarre but it's good company to be in," Ed said.
The 23-year-old is currently in London filming his new movie The Commuter which is being shot entirely on a camera phone, the Nokia N8 HD.
It also stars Slumdog Millionaire's Dev Patel and Baywatch actress Pamela Anderson.
"I'm a huge fan of Dev's," Ed said. "It's great to be working with him and the lovely Pamela Anderson who I'm intimtated by! No... I'm excited to meet her."

Hey guys, I'm Joslyn Davis with a casting update that narrows the degree of separation between Miley Cyrus and Hailee Steinfeld all the way down. It was just announced that Miley's LOL co-star Douglas Booth will play Hailee Steinfeld's Romeo in the upcoming film adaptation of "Romeo and Juliet." Douglas, who is 18 years old, is originally from London and has appeared in several other projects aside from LOL, but this will be the role that puts him on the Hollywood map. He is said to have beat out 300 others for the coveted job, making us just that more excited to see what he's got. As we already mentioned, Douglas Booth joins a stellar cast that includes 14 year old Oscar nominee Hailee Steinfeld, Gossip Girl hottie Ed Westwick who will play Tybalt and Holly Hunter, who is set to take on the role of The Nurse. True to Shakespeare's play, which is set in Verona, shooting on the film is expected to take place in Italy. So are you guys ready to make some room in heart for another Romeo and Juliet adaptation?
