James McAvoy to star in "Trance," the details coming up on Clevver Movies! Whats up guys, Im Tatiana Diana and Ive got the latest on "Trance." Variety has reported that James McAvoy is currently in talks to star in Danny Boyle's, Trance after Michael Fassbender dropped out of the project. "Trance" is a thriller about an assistant at an auction house who masterminds a heist and teams up with a gang of thieves, but ends up getting knocked out and wakes up with amnesia. Because he was the only one who knew the location of the stolen paiting, he must now undergo hypnotherapy to unveil the location. Macavoy is potentially going to play the role of Simon, a shady gang leader who teams up with the amnesia stricken assistant. James Bond to Open the 2012 Olympic games??? We have the details!

Following a personal invitation to Buckingham Palace by Queen Elizabeth, Daniel Craig agreed to shoot an introduction for the upcoming 2012 Olympic Games directed by Danny Boyle who you may know from Trainspotting, Slumdog Millionaire. In this intro, James Bond receives a mission to launch the Opening Ceremony.

So why such a big deal and include Bond in this huge moment? Well 2012 marks the 50th anniversary of the Bond films, which makes the introduction, entitled "The Arrival," even more special. In the short, Bond is informed of his mission at Buckingham Palace then flown via helicopter to Olympic Stadium in London, where he parachutes into the arena.

And the ZINGER? Rumors are swirling that the Queen may even be making a cameo in the short...but so far the palace has been pretty hush hush about this detail...

Craig and Co. are currently shooting Skyfall which opens November 9th in the US.
