Hello, hello and welcome back to the show. For ClevverTV, I'm Dana Ward and I know we've got your attention, all you Twilight fans. Some industry peeps are already labeling this new film as the next big vampire film. It's called Let Me In and it's based on the popular Swedish blood-sucking flick for 2008, Let the Right One In. There's already an action-packed, dramatic trailer showing scenes starring Chloe Moretz, as directed by Cloverfield's Matt Reeves. There may not be a deep romance between the two youngsters - one human and one vampire - but it does seem like there's an understanding and a trusting friendship that may ensue. Hey there movie buffs, Tatiana Carrier with Clevver Movies, and I've got your weekly Top Five Tuesday. This week we've decided to count down our favorite found-footage-style films, in honor of this week's release of Chronicle, a found footage-style film about three high school students who gain incredible superpowers but are unable to keep them under control. So let's take a look at the found-footage-style films that paved the way for Chronicle.

At number 5 is The Blair Witch Project: Three film students travel to the Maryland woods to find the urban legend Blair Witch, but none of them return.
Number 4 is Troll Hunter: This film from Norway is about a group of students investigating a series of mysterious bear killings, but when they team with a hunter, they learn that he is actually a troll hunter.
Coming in at number 3 is Paranormal Activity: After moving into a suburban home, a couple becomes increasingly disturbed by a nightly demonic presence.
At number 2 is Cloverfield: A small group of people witness a monster attack in New York.
And finally coming in at number 1 is [Rec]: A young tv reporter and her cameraman are covering a night at their local fire-station, which seems fine until the squad responds to a call from an old lady trapped in her home.

Three high school students make an incredible discovery, leading to their developing uncanny powers beyond their understanding. As they learn to control their abilities and use them to their advantage, their lives start to spin out of control, and their darker sides begin to take over...and that my friends is chronicle.

Glenn Kinney from MSN Movies liked the flick, he said, "even as its ostensible innovations flag, Chronicle remains watchable, and it doesn't hurt that the picture is a pretty tidy 85 minutes or so."

Aron Hill from the village also loved chronicle, he said, "Chronicle, with its found-footage storytelling and superpowered teens, at least playfully transcends its "Cloverfield meets Heroes" pitch."

Mark Dinning from Empire Magazine agrees chronicle is a must watch, he said, "A stunning superhero/sci-fi that has appeared out of nowhere to demand your immediate attention."

The flick scored a 88% on rotten tomatoes and the critics seemed to all agree this movie is definitely worth your movie bucks! So once you see the movie, make sure you tell us what you thought! Thanks for hanging out, we will see you next time!
