The GQ men of the year party was held last night at the Chateau Marmont in LA, an event that highlights men 's achievements over the past year. Recently named sexiest man alive, Bradley Cooper took home the award for International Man of the Year, and other winners included Hugh Laurie, Duran Duran and Keith Richards. . Though these men took home the honors, they weren't the only ones in attendance. The guest list for this party included Anton Yelchin, Kerry Washington, Ewan McGregor, Chris Pine, Emma Roberts, Zooey Deschanel among so many others! What do you guys think? Peter Weller to co-star in the Star Trek Sequel....Hey Everyone, thanks for tuning back into clevver movies, Your number one source for movie news! Im Tatiana carrier with the latest from Star Trek, the sequel. . Well, its official! According to our friends at Variety, J.J. Abrams has tapped veteran thesp Peter Weller for the ensemble cast of Paramount's upcoming "Star Trek" sequel. We still don't have the specifics on Wellers role, but we do know that his choice came after he chose a character, Alice Eve, who we think is a newbie to the bunch. . As we have previously reported, the main cast roster is made up of stars from the previous installment including chris pine, Zachary quinto, and just added, Benicio del Toro as villain! . Abrams is directing from a script by Alex Kurtzman, Roberto Orci and Damon Lindelof. Production is expected to start in early 2012 with Paramount planning to release the highly anticipated film on May 17, 2013. . We just reported this week that Beneicio del toro stepped down as star trek villain due to moeteary issues, and now according to Variety, Edgar Ramirez from bourne ultimatum and domino, is now the front runner to play Star Trek 2's villain! Jordi Molla who you may from bad boys 3 and blow is also in the running ...so we will have to wait and see! . While nothing is set in stone just yet, director J.J. Abrams is expected to make a decision before the weekend, since the January 15 production start date is quickly approaching! . Star Trek cast members Chris Pine,Zachary Quinto, Zoe Saldana, Karl Urban, Simon Pegg, John Cho, and Anton Yelchin are expected to return for Star Trek 2...the villain? Star Trek set Photos revealed! Hey guys thanks so much for watching clevver movies I'm your host Tatiana carrier with a first look at some star trek action!

So as you guys know there were reports that no cast members from the old Star Trek franchise would be appearing in director J.J. Abrams's upcoming sequel Star Trek 2. HOWEVER, New images from the set have are pointing to this report being false!
.
Both Leonard Nimoy and Zachary Quinto were spotted in their respective Spock outfits in the photos that Producer Roberto Orci tweeted direct from the deck of the Starship Enterprise, on a sound stage at Paramount Studio....he also included a photo of a Star Fleet janitor (actually one of the producers on the first movie), along with a pic of J.J. Abrams and Roberto Orci doing on-set rewrites. There's also a good photo of the entire cast...and remember, you guys can see all the photos on the blog (just check the link in description).

Robocop Going to Star Russell Crowe?

Russell Crowe's name is been being tossed all over the place these days for different roles. And now, he may have a future as the Robocop.

Nothing is set in stone yet, but MGM is looking to get the reboot for Robocop infront of the camera this summer. And with that, they've set their eyes on Russell Crowe. Now anyone that has seen Crowe in action in the last few years, knows that this guy can kick some ass. But is he the best fit for this character?

Michael Fassbender and Chris Pine have both had their names passed around for this role, but none of them have the same impact that an Oscar winner like Crowe brings to the table. But if they do go with him, he's not as young as the other guys in the running. This could change the tone and feel of the reboot. But with Jose Padilha set to direct and Gran Tarino's writer Nick Schenk recently tapped to rewrite the script, it should be in good hands.

And even if Crowe doesn't take this direction, he won't stay free for long. Especially with Darren Aronofsky looking at him or Liam Neeson to play "Noah" in that classic story. That's a hard decision for Crowe to make. Do I take on an Iconic name like "Noah" or do you have some fun and take out the bad guys as a cyborg cop, I'm sorry, THE cyborg cop, Robocop. We have set photos from star trek 2 coming your way!

Star Trek 2 is definitely one of the most aniticpated films for us movie buffs and with everything about the movie being so hush hush, we get really excited when we get a glimpse into the trekkie world.

Here are some of the newest photos from set! we see Zachary Quinto as Spok filming an action scene for the Untitled Star Trek 2 Sequel.

After first rehearsing the scene with a Spok Stunt Double Actor Zachary Quinto was then rigged to a wire in front of a large green screen and lifted to a height of 10 stories high then dropped at a high rate of speed as if he was falling. In the scene Spok is wearing a "Volcano Suit" and carrying an unknown piece of equipment with the Starfleet Emblem. A Volcano is somehow involved in this scene. The crew had a real fire burning off camera to catch the fire reflections on Spok's "Volcano Suit".

Tom Cruise To Make 'Top Gun 2' Before 'Mission: Impossible 5' details coming your way!

The Paramount Film Group president Adam Goodman spoke to the Hollywood reporter and we have some details on top gun and mi5!

When asked about another potential mission impossible, goodman was pretty direct...he said, "We'll likely make a Top Gun sequel with Tom Cruise first. Jerry Bruckheimer would produce, with Tony Scott returning to direct. All parties are moving ahead. We've hired Peter Craig to write the script."

And regarding the reboot of the Jack Ryan franchise with Chris Pine starring he gave an update on the status by saying, "=We have a great script that David Koepp and Adam Cozad worked on. We're going to shoot the movie after Star Trek. I think the idea is to try and get it for 2013."

Another little side note: Val Kilmer spoke to MTV about the sequel and though he has not been approached just yet, mentioned he would be interested in returning as Iceman
