Glenn Kenny from MSN movies was a fan...he said, "The film also earns points for being the least creepy motion-capture movie I've ever seen..." . Roger Ebert from the Chicago sun times loved himself some tin tin, he said, "The Adventures of Tintin" is an ambitious and lively caper, miles smarter than your average 3-D family film." . However one critic who didn't give the flick rave reviews was Owen Gleiberman from entertainment weekly, he said, "I've barely even glanced at a Tintin comic, and what I saw looked more like The Adventures of Rubber Boy and Captain Boring." . If you're like me and you actually take the time to go and watch all of the special features on a dvd, this is going to be a must have for the collection. I'm talking about, you get a 2 hour long behind the scenes feature of the movie. It's a full documentary on what went in to the making this movie. But wait, there's more. You're also going to get a huge selection of featurettes to check out. One of which shows you how they TRANSFORMED Chicago into an epic battle zone. See what I did there? . Not done yet though, this collector's edition will also include a Blu Ray 3D version of the movie. Even Michael Bay went on to say that if you've been waiting for the right time to get a 3D tv, now's that time. . And if you REALLY want to show you're a fan, and loyal to Michael Bay, you will also be able to pick up a 7 disc even MORE ultimate edition with the entire trilogy of Transformer movies. We're talking Transformers, Revenge of the Fallen, AND Dark of the moon. All with over 10 hours of bonus features AND a plaque of movie images SIGNED by Michael Bay. . Now in all seriousness, this actually will be a great buy, no matter which edition you get. Personally, can't wait to update my blu ray collection with it. Just have to wait Till January. Now you guys can see what the critics are saying before you head out to the theatres and see the flick yourselves! Contraband is about a former smuggler who heads to Panama to score millions of dollars in counterfeit bills in order to protect his brother....the fil;m stars mark Walberg and kate beckinsale. . Top Critic Roger Ebert from Chicago sun times wasn't a fan, he said, ""Contraband" involves a lot of energy, but I'm getting tired of violent retreads of these heist elements." . However, Justin Chang from variety disagreed, he said, "Reasonably swift and effective." . And finally, Todd Mccarthy from Hollywood Reporter wasn't RAVING about the flick, but appreciated the gritty raw nature of the flick....he said, "The gritty style only accentuates the increasingly far-fetched dramatics in Contraband, an involving, atmospherically grungy mid-register thriller." .
