Well 2011 is slowly winding down, which means tons of year end lists are surfacing to wrap everything up. Bing released a bunch of top ten lists today, naming the most searched people, shows, movies, and products. But the one that caught our eye was The Top Ten most searched musicians of the year. Here they are: 10. Taylor Swift, 9. Beyonce, 8 Rihanna, 7 Nicki Minaj, 6 Selena Gomez, 5 Lady Gaga, 4 Britney Spears, 3 Jennifer Lopez, 2 Katy Perry and number 1? Justin Bieber! Pretty interesting, and some of these people also made the most searched person overall list too, like Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Jennifer Lopez, Britney Spears, and of course the Biebs, who was the most searched person overall this year, as opposed to Kim Kardashian in 2010. So who did you google or bing the most this year? Gotta say we're surprised Gaga wasn't up higher on the list! Today marks Brit's 30th birthday and in honor of this milestone, we thought we'd countdown a few of her most iconic tracks. First up are a song and a music video that remains a mainstay as one of the most talked about releases of all time -- it put Britney Spears on the map -- and of course I'm talking about "Hit Me Baby One More Time." This video was a cultural phenomenon that left fans and insiders wanting more and more from the singer. As B grew up both as a woman and an entertainer, she continued to impress and sometimes shock the public with songs like "I'm A Slave 4 U." The hotness factor in the video for this song is through the roof, and this video, more than any others before really solidified Britney's status as a sex symbol. The pop princess continued her reign and upped the anty with "Toxic." Then after some highly publicized ups and downs, one of Britney's most recent video releases for "Criminal" has us more hooked than ever. We're looking forward to at least 30 more years of amazing work from Britney Spears.
