Hey Hey I'm Chelsea Cannell here for Clevver Movies with your first look at photos from Fright Night. The Film starring Colin Farrell and Toni Collete is set to hit theaters this august 19th, and we are just now starting to get photos from the set of the remake. There is this hunky one of mr. Farrell looking very handsome, another of Anton Yelchin looking a bit spooked while holding a cross, then there's this one of Farrell all vampired out while manhandling Yelchin, and a few of Imogen Poots looking very lovely alongside Christopher Mintz -- Plasse. The re-make of the classic comedic horror flick tells the story of Charlie Brewster, a high school senior who's ready to graduate until a vampire named Jerry movies in and starts preying on the people of the neighborhood. Now this film ALREADY has won the most incredible award at the sundance film festival...the award for best picture, and felicity jones, the female lead won best actress, so you know its going to be a goodie! But just to be sure, lets see what the critics had to say! Lisa shawartzbaum from entertainment weekly said, "Like Crazy tells the truth, simply: Love is thrilling. And -- just because of the way life happens -- sometimes love hurts." Glenn Kinney from MSN movies said, "Its empathy and artful way of conveying honest observation struck a chord with me..."...he went on to applaud the realness of the film by saying, "This is a "small" film with a naturalistic feel, and as such, won't feel very "movieish" to viewers who look for something bigger in their theatrical experiences." Our girl Christy lamire from variety was NOT a fan of the flick...she found it to be a bit annoying if you will. Heres what she had to say "It makes you squirm in your seat - not because the angst of the young love depicted on screen is so vivid and relatable, but because these two people are so incredibly annoying together, you'd much rather see them apart."
