'The Lying Game' - New Liars Emerge!

I'm Joslyn Davis at our headquarters in Hollywood with your hook-up to all the latest drama on the ABC Family break-out show. "The Lying Game" made its winter premiere and didn't hold back when it came to big shockers. We left off with the last episode with a huge splash (literally), as the real Sutton flew into a lake in her car. No clue on who the culprit behind this action was, but in the new episode, finding the car and finding Sutton is at the center focus of the show. And all of the turmoil definitely takes its toll on the whole crew, as Ethan and Thayer turn against each other. The car is eventually discovered, but Sutton is nowhere to be found. However, someone new has popped in town and is clearly throwing everyone, including Alec for a loop. Her name is Annie, and she's Shar's aunt, however she says that she goes by Rebecca now. So could this possible be Sutton and Emma's mom? That we are not sure of, but what we are sure of is that this woman knows a lot about Alec and Ted that no else is clued in on. Also throwing us off a bit in this episode is Justin, Laurel's boyfriend. There's something a little too mysterious about this guy. However, the big moment truly came when Emma received an anonymous package holding a piece of the dress Sutton was wearing the night she disappeared, with a note that read: "Keep on being Sutton or you're next." SO who exactly has it out for Sutton and Emma? That we're not sure of, but we'd love to hear your best guess. Peter is also finding his way with his first high school crush, Gwen Stacy (Stone), and together, they struggle with love, commitment, and secrets. As Peter discovers a mysterious briefcase that belonged to his father, he begins a quest to understand his parents' disappearance -- leading him directly to Oscorp and the lab of Dr. Curt Connors (Ifans), his father's former partner. As Spider-Man is set on a collision course with Connors' alter-ego, The Lizard, Peter will make life-altering choices to use his powers and shape his destiny to become a hero.
