Hey guys welcome back to ClevverMovies, I'm Tatiana Carrier and today I have the latest casting update on the upcoming movie, Les Miserables. . Now this film is getting major press, because not only does it have an A-list cast such as Hugh Jackman, Russell Crowe, Anne Hathaway, and Geoffrey Rush attached, it also has Oscar winner Tom Hooper is on to direct. The New York Post is reporting that the coveted lead role of Eponine (EPO-NEEN) is now between four front runners. . Right now it is really a toss-up between Scarlett Johansson, Evan Rachel Wood, Lea Michele and Taylor Swift. All of these ladies would bring something interesting to the table. Scarlett is a proven professional in both her acting and her singing, Evan Rachel Wood would bring in a unique side that could be interesting for the role. Lea Michele is an obvious choice since she already has experience with the story line and can clearly hold her own when singing. And then we have Taylor. She hasn't had too much acting experience, so it would definitely be interesting to see how she would take on the role. What do you guys think? . Coming in a 5 on our countdown is, He's Just Not That Into You. This movie was made after the top selling book made waves in the lives of girls everywhere...the main message being, well, hes just not that into you! The flick takes the same storyline with an allstar cast of Ben Affleck, Jennifer Aniston, Jennifer Connelly, Ginnifer Goodwin, Scarlett Johansson, Bradley Cooper, Kevin Connelly, and Justin long! . In 4th place is The Holiday. The flick follows two women troubled with guy-problems swap homes in each other's countries, where they each meet a local guy and fall in love. The flick stars Kate Winslet, Cameron Diaz, Jack black and Jude Law! . Third place goes to Crazy, Stupid Love. This flick is about A middle-aged husband's life that changes dramatically when his wife asks him for a divorce. He seeks to rediscover his manhood with the help of a new-found friend Jacob, learning to pick up girls at bars. The flick stars a few of my favs, steve corral, ryan gosling, emma stone, and julianne moore ... simply seeing steve corral trying to pick up chicks while gosling coaches him through it all is totally worth the watch!..and lets be real, I'm not mad at ryan goslings abs either . And in second place is one of my favorites, Love Actually. Love actually Follows the lives of eight very different couples in dealing with their love lives in various loosely and interrelated tales all set during a frantic month before Christmas in London, England. . Valentine's Day comes in 1st! This seriously packed all star cast includes are you ready???? Jessica Alba , Kathy Bates, Jessica Biel, Bradley Cooper, Eric Dane, Patrick Dempsey, Jaime Foxx, Jennifer Garner, Topher Grace, Anne Hathaway, Ashton Kutcher, Queen Latifah, Taylor LAutner, George Lopez, Shirley Maclaine, emma Roberts, Julia Roberts, Jewel, Taylor Swift and as if that wasn't enough...MORGAN FREEMAN as the narrator! The flick centers around the Intertwining of couples and singles in Los Angeles...from their makes ups to break ups all based on the crazy expectations of Valentine's Day. This comes in at number one not only because it took me 45 minutes to list out the ensemble cast, but because this flick inspired New Years Eve which is created by the same folks behind valentines day! I'm Joslyn Davis for ClevverTV and I've gotta say, Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have been called many different things, but "best actors for the buck" is an all-new description. According to a new list from Forbes magazine, the Twilight stars are among Hollywood's best bargains when it comes to being actors that star in flicks that rake in the dough. To come up with this interesting list, Forbes looks at the last three non-animation movies each actor starred in over the last three years. Then the publication added each actor's up front and backend pay on all those movies to come up a number. After looking at that number and the amount of money the movies made, Forbes came up with this list. The overall consensus here is that thanks to the wild success of the Twilight Saga, and the other films both Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart have completed, these two are a total bargain, despite the fact that both of them are rumored to have nabbed mutli-million dollar paychecks from their most recent Twilight flicks. Other A-listers making this interesting list are Daniel Radcliffe, Shia LaBeouf and Anne Hathaway. What do you think about the fact that Rob and Kristen are bargain deals in the Hollywood world? Catwoman Details from The Dark Knight Rises

Even worse, Batman spoilers...well, a little one. . Hey movie buffs, Joshua Ovenshire here filling in for Tatiana Carrier with Clevver Movies and I'm here to finally defend Anne Hathaway who will be playing Catwoman in the Dark Knight Rises next summer. Today, hero Complex released a story about a scene they able to get a sneak peak at from Rises that really shows off the feline anti-hero. . It was described to us as an anxiety filled scene where a bunch of Gotham citizens are being held hostage as one last prisoner is brought in. Once the hood is removed, we see none other than Bruce Wayce absolutely helpless. Then from the top of a stair case we see her, Catwoman in full garb, emphasis on the stilletos with edges capable of leaving a good scratch. After a few lines we are fully aware that Catwoman means business in Nolan's final installment on his Batman trilogy. . Since day one, of Anne Hathaway being announced to play Selina Kyle, people have been way to weary on if she can pull it off. Me, I KNEW she could pull it off. And with this scene and what we've all been teased with in the trailer, Anne pulls off this character flawlessly. See, Catwoman is more than just a character, she's a persona. And one thing Hathaway does well as an actress is she does a great job projecting a good persona. Christopher Noloan, saw this and new it would be a perfect match. . She described Heith Ledger's performance as the Joker chaotic, though, always had a grace about him. And that grace can be found throughout Gotham. Especially in Catwoman. She goes on to say: . "There's a lot of belief and codes of behavior in Gotham and my character has one, too. A lot of the way she moves and interacts with people is informed by her worldview." . Nolan knows how to write a good character, and they'll be plenty there for Hathaway to work with. . Then there's the outfit. I'll admit, in the beginning it just reminded me of the outfit in the 1970's tv show. Just kinda there. But I was happy to hear that I was very wrong. She said in an interview, . "I love the costume because everything has a purpose, nothing is in place for fantasy's sake, and that's the case with everything in Christopher Nolan's Gotham City." She even has these goggles, that when not in use, flip up to resemble cat ears. Meow. . But to all of you nay sayers still doubting this casting choice. Just remember these words, In Nolan we trust. Anee Hathaway will be a fine addition to the women who have portrayed the feline vixen like Lee Meriwether, Eartha Kitt, Julie Newmar, and my favorite Michelle Pheiffer...wait...who? Halle Berry? Here's a look at what's coming from them in 2012. . Hey guys, you're tuned in to ClevverMovies, your source for all things movie news. I'm Tatiana Carrier, and we've got the breakdown on the newest films to be released by Universal this year. Since it is their 100th anniversary, we'll expect that all their new movies will be bigger and badder than ever before. Here's a look. First up is Contraband, coming out this Friday. Mark Whalberg leads this fast-paced thriller as a man trying to leave the smuggling world behind with one last run. Big Miracle stars Drew Barrymore and John Krasinski in the true story of whale lovers joined by rival world forces to save a family of gray whales trapped in the Arctic. Look for this film Feb. 3. On Feb. 10, Denzel Washington returns to the screen in Safe House as a dangerous renegade from the CIA, joined by rookie operative Ryan Reynolds as they try to stay alive long enough to uncover who wants them dead. Dr. Suess' The Lorax is brought to life in 3D-CGI Mar. 2, featuring the voices of Danny DeVito, Ed Helms, and Taylor Swift. American Pie returns in American Reunion on Apr. 6. The characters we all love are back for their high school reunion. Jason Segel and Judd Apatow reunite for The Five-Year Engagement, a story of love that picks up where most rom-coms leave off, in which Segel and Emily Blunt's engagement keeps getting tripped up on the way to the aisle. This film is due out Apr. 27 Alexander Skarsgard, Rhianna, and Liam Neeson star in Battleship, an epic battle for Earth across the seas, land, and skies. Based on the classic board game, this film hits theaters May 18. On June 1, Kristen Stewart and Charlize Theron star in Snow White and the Huntsman, based on the classic fairy tale with the twist that Snow White is trained in the art of war. Chris Hemsworth co-stars. Seth MacFarlane hits the big screen for the first time July 13th as the writer, director, and voice star of Ted, Mark Whalberg's favorite childhood teddy bear who won't leave his side. The Bourne Legacy continues the world of Robert Ludlum's novels with a new operative played by Jeremy Renner, due out Aug. 3. Rachel Weisz and Edward Norton co-star. Oct. 7 brings us Paul Rudd and Jennifer Aniston in Wanderlust, a comedy about a couple who leave the big city and join a freewheeling community populated by characters who embrace a different way of looking at life. Sept. 28 you can check out Taylor Kitsch and Aaron Johnson in Savages, the story of two pot growers who face off against the Mexican drug cartel who kidnapped their shared girlfriend, played by Blake Lively. The film also stars Benicio del Toro, Salma Hayeck, and John Travolta. Keanu Reeves leads a band of outcast samurai in a quest to seek vengeance on the overlord who killed their master and banished their kind in 47 Ronin, an epic 3D adventure due out on Nov. 21 Les Miserables, the successful stage musical based on Victor Hugo's classic novel is at long last brought to the screen on Dec. 7. Hugh Jackman, Russell Crowe, Anne Hathaway, and Amanda Seyfried star. On Dec. 21, Judd Apatow spins off the characters of Pete and Debbie from Knocked Up, looking at how they are dealing with their life in This Is 40. Paul Rudd, Leslie Mann, Melissa McCarthy, and Albert Brooks star. Pitch Perfect is a comedy starring Anna Kendrick as a college freshman who doesn't fit into any clique until she finds one that she would never have picked: a cappella. This flick doesn't have a release date set yet, but be sure to keep your eye out in the coming year. Russel Crowe stars in The Man With The Iron Fists as a man who makes weapons for a small village which must defend itself in feudal China. Lucy Liu and Pam Grier co-star.
