Stephanie explains to Thorne and Ridge that Deacon controls Little Eric's voting rights at Forrester. Ridge thinks Stephanie has used Macy's animosity toward Brooke to get to Deacon. Stephanie insists that Macy has helped Deacon see how right it is for Eric to be CEO of Forrester Creations. She's certain they are doing the right thing. Ridge reminds Stephanie that he plans to marry Brooke. Stephanie reminds Ridge that Forrester is Eric's company, and tomorrow they're going to give it back to him. Macy confronts Brooke and accuses her of being a taker. Brooke thinks Macy is still trying to blame her for all of her own failures. Macy assures Brooke that it would take very little to bring her down. Macy informs Deacon about her encounter with Brooke and adds that she can't wait to knock Brooke off her high horse. Deacon wonders if Macy has become addicted to revenge. Brooke thinks Stephanie called the emergency board meeting because Brooke rejected Eric's latest designs. She also accuses Stephanie of bringing Samantha to town to drive a wedge between Ridge and her. Brooke assures Stephanie that she'll have the pleasure of out-voting her on whatever she brings up tomorrow.

According to the hollywood reporter, Samuel L. Jackson, who stars in the avengers as the tough, eye-patched S.H.I.E.L.D. commander, got a lil protective over his avengers and lashed out via twitter...and who was the target of his tweets? None other than New York Times film critic A.O. Scott, who gave the film a poor grade in his review.
Jackson tweeted, "#Avengers fans,NY Times critic AO Scott needs a new job! Let's help him find one! One he can ACTUALLY do!"
So why the animosity toward scott? Well Scott, while giving credit to director Joss Whedonfor including some snappy dialogue, ultimately conclcuded that, quote, "While The Avengers is hardly worth raging about, its failures are significant and dispiriting. The light, amusing bits cannot overcome the grinding, hectic emptiness, the bloated cynicism that is less a shortcoming of this particular film than a feature of the genre."
Jackson responded to Twitter user @TheFilmNest, who said, "Disappointed to hear @SamuelLJackson respond irrationally to negative review of #Avengers. People aren't entitled to their own opinion?" by saying, "That is My Opinion! @TheFilmNest & what's irrational about it? They aren't going to fire his jaundiced ass & You & I Know It!"
In response, Scott said simply, "Jaundiced?" and retweeted words of support from other critics.
Regardless of scotts poor review, all in all the film is doing amazing both in the box office and with the critics. So far the flick has a 93% on rotten tomatoes and has earned over 280 million in the foreign box office and has a tracking of 150 million for the us.
